Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Priority Club or lack thereof The staff try and the hotel is decent. My problem is with the Corporate side of Holiday Inn and being stingy with the Rewards Points. Why should it matter if my company pays my bill, or I do? Either way, I should get points. My company and I choose to stay at this hotel, and, therefore whoever is the person staying at the hotel should get the points since the company is not trying to collect them. December 20, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk VERY HELPFUL We traveled to Cincinnati Airport Holiday Inn during thanksgiving. I had booked this room in August with my points and failed to realize was that the reservation date was wrong. We arrived late at night only to find that we had no reservations. The front desk clerk was very helpful and called Priority Club for help, which was no help at all. He decided to give us a room anyway and let us stay the night. I want to say thank you to David the desk clerk for helping us out and happy to see that service is still alive and well. Thanks again. November 25, 2012
