Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok hotel, poor food and drink - don't expect much Older hotel that needs to be updated or whatever I get it that is probably 35 years old. The hotel bar and restaurant however was a pretty sad experience that almost anything would have been better. Ordered a vodka and tonic, got a vodka and soda and though it was a mix up. On the 2nd one that was the same I mentioned it and they said that other customers had been complaining.... yet they kept serving it and did not over me anything else so I choked it down then got sprite next time. The calamari that ordered off the special menu was some of the worst I have ever had. It was rubbery and stringy, all the breading fell off on the first cut or stab of a fork... the other 5 people that ordered it around me at the bar all had the same. The cod sandwich was 2 frozen fish patties on a bun hat were somehow cooked more poorly or of poor quality that any I have ever seen before. The fish inside the breading was stuck to one side, mushy, and absolutely gross. On the menu it said it came with tatar sauce, I had to ask for some (and lemons which never came).... what I got was the weirdest sweet mayo sauce I have ever had, the bartender went and got the bottle to show me at this point. I know it was not her fault, but over all the food was terrible, every single thing even the drinks with the wrong mixer. Apparently the lines were switched. I paid full price for everything, I was not looking for any discounts or trying to be difficult. I felt bad for mentioning anything but I had to after the 2nd bad drink and no tatar sauce, weird tatar, etc and my disgusting $64 dinner would have been better almost anywhere else. March 25, 2015

They kept the food full and continued to walk around and checked on the guest to see if everything was alright and if there was anything needed. March 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One stop hotel - everything you need we always travel using Holiday Inns for our destinations. Yesterday evening after coming back from a wake in a neighboring town we stopped by the bar for dinner and drinks. It was later, around 9, and the bar was busy. Broderick greeted us warmly and took great care of us. An exemplary example of customer service. I also must mention there was a young lady, possibly a waitress, who would come behind the bar. Maybe she was there to help him, but honestly, she was more a hindrance than helper. We were there probably a couple of hours, so we had a ringside seat. I don't know her name, but she was more interested in wandering around and avoiding any type work, all the while checking her cell phone. My purpose writing to you is because Broderick never once lost his focus of taking care of his customers whether in person or on the phone. Did I also mention during our time at the bar the phone never stopped ringing? It sounded like room service orders. We know because we were sitting right behind the register. When we got back to our room I call Broderick, just to tell him I appreciated how well he took care of my husband and me. If you don't already know, Broderick is a great employee and your organization is fortunate to have him. As a Human Resources Executive I have developed a keen sense of qualities you look for in an applicant. Broderick has those qualities. Warm regards, March 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel legal O hotel é legal e tem uma piscina interna, coisa que deixa as crianças muito felizes. o som da piscina chega ao quarto e pode incomodar, mas a staff disse que têm uma política de controle de som e, se qualquer coisa incomodasse, para entrar em contato. Não foi algo que incomodou além do normal, mesmo porque mal ficamos no hotel. Mas é necessário ficar com a porta da sacada fechada. Fora isso, sem reclamações. March 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short stay - great place The place is neat. There is a pool inside, which is good, since during the winter the kids have a blast (who needs a playground with a pool indoors?) The pitfall is that the place can become noisy until later, and the noise will get to your room, since all of them face the pool. Closing the door will minimize it considerably, but not completely. The place is neat, anyway... really nice. Clean and comfortable. March 5, 2015
