Despite having an additional day added to my business trip and the wedding party children running around the hotel unmonitored all night, the general facilities were nice and the room was comfortable. Definitely made me want to switch my brand when I stay away on business.

It was a nice holiday inn (I've stayed in worse) and the breakfast selection was divine. We had a few housekeeping issues, and it took several (more than 3) tries before the issues were solved.

Very disappointed stay for a Holiday Inn .
I was on 2nd floor Rm 200, you could hear the outside door slam shut when people came and went. Guest in the hallway running, hollering in the middle of nite.
Room service was poor, food was cold, and over priced.
We booked two nite stay, and found there was a convention in the main lobby all weekend, leading to more noise and over crowding . I would not stay here again.

Hotel is OK, but shower did not function and staff was unresponsive. I will not stay here again unless everyone else is sold out.

The staff is great. They are happy and very polite. The food is good. I have eaten here for dinner many times. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel. Only issues is the rooms are a little out dated. Clean but out dated.

Shower head barely sprayed water; guests were loud in hallways; bathroom was dated/dirty; please PROVIDE white noise in the rooms so that guests can rest without hearing all of the other guests return to their rooms when the on premises bar closes at 11.
