Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One stop hotel - everything you need we always travel using Holiday Inns for our destinations. Yesterday evening after coming back from a wake in a neighboring town we stopped by the bar for dinner and drinks. It was later, around 9, and the bar was busy. Broderick greeted us warmly and took great care of us. An exemplary example of customer service. I also must mention there was a young lady, possibly a waitress, who would come behind the bar. Maybe she was there to help him, but honestly, she was more a hindrance than helper. We were there probably a couple of hours, so we had a ringside seat. I don't know her name, but she was more interested in wandering around and avoiding any type work, all the while checking her cell phone. My purpose writing to you is because Broderick never once lost his focus of taking care of his customers whether in person or on the phone. Did I also mention during our time at the bar the phone never stopped ringing? It sounded like room service orders. We know because we were sitting right behind the register. When we got back to our room I call Broderick, just to tell him I appreciated how well he took care of my husband and me. If you don't already know, Broderick is a great employee and your organization is fortunate to have him. As a Human Resources Executive I have developed a keen sense of qualities you look for in an applicant. Broderick has those qualities. Warm regards, March 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel legal O hotel é legal e tem uma piscina interna, coisa que deixa as crianças muito felizes. o som da piscina chega ao quarto e pode incomodar, mas a staff disse que têm uma política de controle de som e, se qualquer coisa incomodasse, para entrar em contato. Não foi algo que incomodou além do normal, mesmo porque mal ficamos no hotel. Mas é necessário ficar com a porta da sacada fechada. Fora isso, sem reclamações. March 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short stay - great place The place is neat. There is a pool inside, which is good, since during the winter the kids have a blast (who needs a playground with a pool indoors?) The pitfall is that the place can become noisy until later, and the noise will get to your room, since all of them face the pool. Closing the door will minimize it considerably, but not completely. The place is neat, anyway... really nice. Clean and comfortable. March 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room with pool view My grandkids (3) and I went to this hotel for one night to get the kids out of the house during all the snow and cold and swim a little. When we arrived to check in our room was not quite ready and as we waited the desk clerk was very helpful and after having to wait a little longer she upgraded our room to a poolside with a balcony room at no extra cost. I have stayed at this hotel before and then and now the service was great and I would not stay at any other hotel when visiting Evansville. March 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great stay at Evansville, Airport Inn The room was quiet and clean, even though a fluorescent light in the bathroom went out on my last day, there was enough light with the incandescent to shave and shower. The food at the lounge was great and reasonable. The entertainment on Wednesday evening was amazing (Katie Watts) with no cover charge. All in all....one great stay... March 3, 2015
