Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Nice front desk folks I like it here. They treat you like you are in a five star hotel here. Let's go through the quick list but first, a shout out to one of the most exceptional displays of superior customer service that I don't usually get in a five star hotel. It all goes to Nichole at the front desk. She checked me in today and every time I pass the desk she addresses me by Mr. "last name" and with an appropriate pleasantry. The hotel seems older but it is the only Holiday Inn I know of that has a crystal chandelier in the lobby...and a water fountain...and a frog statue (not sure what that's for). As for the room I cannot complain one bit. It's clean, not incredibly modern but completely meets all of my needs and is very spacious. The room has the standard set up with free Wi-Fi and a work area plus a Keurig machine and a selection of coffee and tea. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well. I did have an issue with the vending machine not working on the 7th floor but when I explained to Nichole what had happened I quickly got my money back. The hotel is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a short ride into town (I think the hotel may provide transportation) there are plenty of cool places to try. Because of the level of service and folks like Nichole that work here I will definitely be back whenever work calls for me to stay in Everett. I also recommend staying here to my coworkers as it was recommended to me. Pay it forward ;) December 21, 2014

The restaurant is below average as the service is slow and the food is not all that good; the prices are fair though. Stay out of the bar as the drinks are often over-priced, watered down or substituted with inferior brands. Generally, the rooms are clean, but it is my experience that either the sink or tub (or both) drain slowly and are usually plugged up. December 17, 2014
