They screwed up my reservation over the phone, over E-mail, and three times while we were staying there. We wanted two rooms right next to each other and it seemed like an impossible task. The fire alarm testing was loud and obnoxious and lasted for hours. We were charged for a movie we didn't buy, which was the only thing they were able to fix in a timely fashion. We paid too much for the room to not have it include breakfast and with all the other problems, it just wasn't worth the price. We won't be staying here again any time soon.

Business trip. Spent most of the time working in our room. Comfortable and nice layout. Friends who were staying at another hotel were so upset when they saw our room. They paid $55 more a night and their room was not as big or as welcoming.
Had vouchers for breakfast and was VERY happy we did as the breakfast in the hotel dining room was horrid. Neither one of us finished our breakfast as it was so bad.
The breakfast was the ONLY disappointing feature. Hotel and staff were top notch!!

I stayed at this property for the first time while on a business trip in the area. Nice lobby, staff at the front desk were polite and helpful during check-in. I also appreciated the gentleman at the front desk agreeing to a late check-out (1 pm) the next day. The room looked nice upon entering. Bed was semi-comfortable, although I wished I had brought my own pillow. I was pretty disappointed with the bathtub, however! This may be the shallowest bath tub I have ever experienced in a hotel room. Even when filled very high, my legs were almost completely out of the water. The water then slowly drained out, and I'd say most of the time my entire body was completely out of the water while I was sitting in the tub. I think the maximum water level was maybe 6-7 inches. Not a very pleasant bathing experience. I had lunch in the restaurant the following day, and while the service was good and very attentive, the food was disappointing. I ordered the French Onion soup; the beef broth itself was so dark brown, and so extremely salty, it seemed like the kitchen had taken a very dark au jus sauce, threw in some onions, added a crostini with a slice of gruyere on top, and called it French Onion Soup. When I asked for some bread to try and soak up some of this very strong "soup", I was told they do not have any bread, only crostini toast. Oh well...... the house salad was edible, but the cucumber slice was questionable as far as freshness. I'm not a big fan of "spring mix" greens, so I should have ordered the Caesar instead. If I come back a second time, I know what NOT to order! Overall, it was an okay stay. As a Priority Club Platinum Member, I'm willing to stay at this property again to give it another try. I'll plan on taking a shower rather than a bath, though.
