Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Excuses, excuses This was our first time staying at this property. I am an IHG member and have stayed in IHG brands all around the world and this was by far the worst. I walked in and was greeted with the smell of chlorine from the indoor pool. Once we got to our room, the A/C did not function properly. Also, the beds were lumpy and had the 'dip' of old mattresses. The next morning we left to get breakfast and spoke to the housekeeper as we were leaving. She was cleaning the room next to ours. Later that day when we got back to our room around 4:30pm the room had not been made up. I asked the girl at the front desk why and was given the answer that they were,"fully booked and did I need towels or something? All the housekeepers have gone home." I find this unacceptable. I did get towels for the room, and the one night housekeeper that was there was very nice but plan accordingly. I paid what the people that did get their rooms made up paid. I probably will not be going back to this property again and would not recommend it. July 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, friendly staff Overall, very tyipical Holiday Inn experience. Staff were friendly, the location is great. The only downside was the mattress comfort. The mattress had a very large "dip" in it on both side causing back pain. There was a fair amount of hall noise as well. However, by leaving the room AC unit fan on, it was able to cancel out the noise. June 30, 2015

The bed was good and I like that there was a couch in my room. I liked the little extras ie "Coffee pot, and the little shampoos and soaps. That little touch was nice to see. Its the little things for me that make the experience a good one. June 23, 2015
