The staff and hotel was amazing other than having to pay for my breakfast.. Would like what we normally have free breakfast. Other than that wonderful hotel.

Bed overly soft and worn. Towels very old and rough. Construction in the lobby area set off fire alarm at 5:25am.
No complimentary breakfast and buffet very expensive for what is offered. Bar/lounge area not inviting.
I expected more from a Holiday Inn.

This hotel is exceptional. The cleanliness and condition of the property is well maintained and exceeded expectation's. The Front Desk staff, particularly Derek, was well prepared and followed all step's of service. Nicole G. made my stay comfortable and personable. Bev in the restaurant was extremely pleasant and professional and made me feel as if I were at home. As a Spire Elite Member, I suggest IHG look closely at this property as and example to it's brand. The property is well managed and it show's as the Associates truly care about what they do. I will continue to stay at this property during my travel's to this area and recommend it as well to other's. It is convenient to area shopping and other dining choices. This property is very safe and secure for family and business traveler's alike.

This is the second reunion we had at this location in three years. Location, Staff are second to none. Anytime anyone needed anything the staff responded properly and very quick, not just me saying this but everyone at the reunion. Erica and Dianna did all that was required for a successful Reunion, hats off to them. A special Thanks goes to Candy for the outstanding service at Breakfast, everyone commented on her great service.

Having the restaurant and lounge closed for my entire stay sucked. The room rate wasn't discounted due to the lack of these two services which lowered the value of the hotel.

Comfortable hotel for business traveler. The hotel met all my needs and provided a comfortable nights sleep...which is what it's designed for.
