Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the price This hotel is not worth the price, our room had issues and maybe others are better, but any hotel in which the maid does not adequately clean the bathroom and leaves half-used lotion bottles and someone else's hair in the shower/tub isn't somewhere I want to stay again. The tub didn't drain, and I find it hard to believe that was a new issue because it wasn't just a little clogged - it was fully blocked (probably with that black hair that was all over the shower). The carpet was damp for some reason, just enough to make the bottom of your socks wet. All of these things fall under the "someone should have known not to rent that room until the carpet was dry and the tub was repaired" category, but then again, who leaves half-used lotion with the cap sort of halfway put on by the sink for the next guest to use? This isn't the quality I was expecting from a Holiday Inn at this price point. July 3, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Need to Clean Disappointed in the level of cleaning. Dirty carpeting, grungy bathroom, hallways cluttered and the hallway carpeting is very old and dirty. We have stayed here before and the level of cleanliness has gone way down. June 25, 2015

I was pleasantly surprised and told several people that this was my experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by two friendly staff. Everything about my stay was great. The staff did a wonderful job and deserves a compliment. the general public usually doesn't take time to let businesses know this and therefore most surveys are completed by negative experiences or complainers.
