Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good stay! We spent 4 days in Fairmont for a wedding. We stayed at this Holiday Inn and had a very relaxing time. The Holiday Inn/Green Mill team was way above what I was expecting. EVERYONE was willing to help if we needed it. I have a disability and something are just a little bid harder. While unpacking our car a young man from the GreenMill came over an offered to assist us. When talking to him, he said there training emphasizes customer first. With all the traveling we do, we would have to say this is not high on the training chart. Being Platinum Ambassador members, we were offered an upgrade in our room and this was very nice. We normally get the suite and being upgraded to the jacuzzi was a total plus for me to relax out of my scooter. July 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service! I chose the Holiday Inn, Fairmont because I wanted to throw my husband a surprise birthday party. The event staff were extremely helpful in helping me coordinate my event. The set up of the event itself was perfect. Our bartender was super friendly and helpful. My husband had a wonderful birthday, and I would like to thank the Holiday Inn, Fairmont for helping provide that. Our room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. When walking by the swimming pool in the morning it looked like the families there were having a great time. We had breakfast at the Green Mill restaurant. There were many options for their Sunday Brunch. Our server was very pleasant. The food was very good, as the Green Mill restaurant's food usually is. I would recommend this hotel to anyone - from a family, to a couple, to a single traveller. It's a very nice, comfortable place to stay. July 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by passing through town I was really expecting more Holiday Inn. This motel did not meet all my expectations. It was fine but nothing great. Next time I will definitely choose a competitors property July 13, 2014

I can overlook some other things knowing that they are willing to work with all people. I also have liked Holiday Inn's every since I was a young child and my family would go on some of our "famous road trips:) July 8, 2014

The carpet was moist but, considering the rain that you have received recently, we attributed it to possible flooding from the window or air conditioner. July 2, 2014

The housekeeping staff even greeted me in the hallways. The room was very comfortable and the food in the restaurant amazing. I would definitely stay here again. June 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kitchen Staff Our family spends a lot of time in the pool area, and on two different occasions we constantly notice the male kitchen help going into the rest room from the kitchen with their aprons still on and apparently using the bathroom and then leaving after with apron still attached and no apparent use of hand towels in the short time they were in their-very upsetting knowing we are eating most our meals from the kitchen. Policy change is needed on this. All other staff is very very polite and helpful The maintenance of the ground and building was very well kept.. Sandi June 14, 2014
