The front desk was great. The restaurant needs to improve on the length of time waiting for service just to be able to get a menu.

My reservation started off a little rocky but after speaking with the hotel manager, I was more then happy to stay at this hotel. Also you get a lot of space for the money that you spend.

We were double charged for the room. When we contacted the hotel, we were treated poorly and told we did not know how to read our bank statement. The money was refunded, but customer service is awful here!

I travel all the Midwest and stay mainly at a Holiday Inn. They are all great but I really enjoy staying here. The rooms are awesome and so is the staff. While all are excellent one stands out and that is Molly. As a Union Rep I know first hand how important it is for a company to have excellent employees. I believe you are very fortunate to have an employee of her caliber. I will continue to use your hotel and recommend it to my fellow workers and friends.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was exceptional from the get-go. I checked in late Friday night and Molly (front desk) talked me through everything I needed to know in case I needed to extend my stay (which I did -- twice). I was there because my father was in ICU at Memorial Hospital and I didn't know which direction things were going ... Molly wasn't just accommodating with my reservation; she was compassionate and caring, as well. And Heather in the hotel restaurant was amazing, too. I feel like I made friends during my stay. My room was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was terrific. Sadly, my father passed away; as painful as that is/was, the hotel staff couldn't have been more warm and helpful. I feel that I was led to this hotel and the people who helped me. I will absolutely recommend this Holiday Inn to my friends and anyone else who will listen. Thank you so much for everything ...

Normally we stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels but I inadvertently booked this instead of the nearby Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff was very accommodating with regard to a problem in our room the cleaning staff had neglected. They moved us to another room and gave us a $20 voucher for breakfast.
We ate dinner there, which was a HUGE mistake. DO NOT let the staff convince you it is a good restaurant...it is NOT!!! Everything we had was just barely edible and the waitress we had was not attentive, even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. I'm glad the $20 voucher paid for breakfast as it was equally as bad.
The mattress on our bed was the only reason I gave the comfort three stars...it was not comfortable at all. Bottom line is I would stay in one of the other IHG hotels in this area if I ever return.

Very nice property with an excellent staff. The restaurant is very good. Mark, at the front desk, is definitely a key asset.
