The hotel grounds and building had the old Cape feel, and the new tech amenities. Clean room with comfortable beds.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DeeZak Air Conditioner repair done with brown duct tape
I was in Falmouth due to a conference I was attending in Mashpee --- when I walked into my room and unpacked to make this my home for the next 3 days I was astounded to find the air conditioner had been repaired with brown duct tape!
As the evening went on I found the room to still be stuffy so lowered the temp on the ac to 60 (as far as it would go) --- but half hour later the wall thermometer was still reading 72 and still stuffy ----- I certainly hope this hotel decides to do a proper fix of this problem as Holiday Inns are not typically like this!

The bathroom counter was very small and it was expensive, but other than that is was fine.

--Helpful front desk staff
--Asked for skim milk to be available at breakfast, and for the remainder of our stay it was!
--Got a good recommendation for a moderately-priced restaurant not too far away
--Price of room was high, but we expected that because it was around July 4th. Wish it had cost less!

Beautiful central location to everything the Falmouth area has to offer, but the hotel does not invest in proper maintenance. The exterior of the hotel is badly peeling, the ice machine was out of service, our room was not ready until after 3:00pm and then the texture on the ceiling was missing, dirt on the wall, the AC broke, the tub would not drain and leaked into the unit below us. We were comped our room for two of the three night stay. I save my points all year for a family get away and then we had to deal with this.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the bar and had breakfast in the dining room. Food was reasonable and very good! Service was friendly and always accommodating.
