If you are staying at this hotel as part of a group, you will be asked to sign some sort of Acceptable Conduct contract at check in.
Even if your group displays acceptable conduct, you will be treated by management in the same manner as groups that are displaying poor conduct.
Our families, while being very mindful of our fellow guests, were angrily told while arriving from dinner as a family (3 kids under 10) to rush to their rooms, stay in their rooms, to be quiet and to not leave their rooms or they would be kicked out of the hotel and police would be called. They had just entered the lobby when they were accosted by management.
The hotel manager was roaming the halls looking for people to berate. Horrible customer service.
Management blamed new ownership.
As a group who abided the rules and stayed quiet, to be treated in the same manner as a group displaying unacceptable conduct was not justifiable. We will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is convenient and close to restaurants and shops. The bathrooms tend to be a little shabby and could use updating, but they are usually clean.

Liked the high ceiling and modern furniture, lamps, pictures on wall. Bedding with firm and soft pillows. Lots of outlets. Lots of sports channels on TV. Room looked fresh, recent remodel. Bath clean but needs a remodel.
Pool was small, overrun with kids. Ran out of towels on a Friday night. 5 hockey teams at least.
WiFi did not work on Saturday.
Room was warm and cold at same time. Lucky for us the heat unit worked. It was an inch away from the wall on all sides, could see outside thru the gap, chunks of ice on the outside of unit.
Ate dinner at hotel Friday with two others couples, 4 kids. Food served fast, nothing fancy, tasted good. Server was attentive.

Poor service at check in. Front desk didn't offer any directions to room. Restaurant staff was very rude and would not honor Kids Eat Free because was paid a group rate. Hotel would not have been busy if our group wasn't there.

Amy was the best from the time we walked into the door! She really knows how to make a guest feel welcomed! We had a bit of a hard time getting into the B outdoor entrance-no a big deal it was really cold out perhaps the door was frozen but we went back to the lobby and Amy took care of it giving us new door keys!
Then we went to dinner Lilly was wonderful she made us feel very welcomed as well and she was really funny! I wanted Kale soup they did not have it so Lilly gave my husband his beer on the house! Nice touch Lilly! We had breakfast and it was really good. The ONLY reason I gave this a Poor review for sleep quality was because our room was on a party wing with other guests they were up all night up and down the halls knocking on each others doors-clink clink went the bottles as they walked by our door-so Next time we stay we will request a non party wing! We both left there exhausted! So the poor review was not a reflection on the Holiday Inn just the guest we were next to!
