Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pleasant The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were there for a hockey tournament, with kids everywhere. The staff stayed calm throughout. The beds were hard and sheets rough but overall the room was great. I recommend a tower room as they are larger. Pool view rooms are small, hot and loud but convenient for location. The pool looks much bigger in pictures than actual size but the kids enjoyed it. I thought the water temp was too cold especially for the little ones. February 26, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly Nice Stay (but cold bathroom and .....) The weather outside was very cold, but inside, the hotel room was almost too hot, even though I had the air conditioning set to 60 (which is the lowest you can set it). Heaven help you if you brought warm night clothes. My second night, the battery in the smoke detector started beeping at 3 AM. I called the front desk, and they did send security over very fast with a new battery, and only charged for half the usual rate for that night, at my request. I had also asked for a better pillow for my neck, and they were able to provide one. So I would give them pretty high marks for customer service, but for things like the room being too warm, and yet there was no heater (or heat lamp) in the bathroom, so it was pretty cold in the bathroom for taking a shower, I would give them average or below average. I ate in the hotel café for breakfast twice, and it was average hotel food. I ate there for dinner once, and the service was not very good. Their coffee bar (Dakota Joe's) was very good. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BAD!!! We arrived 15 minutes before check in. We were told we couldnt check in til 4. We understood that and ran a quick errand. We showed up at 4;04 because we needed to check in and get ready for a concert and we had to leave by 5 to catch our shuttle. We still could not check in. We had to sit for an hour before we could get in. I kept going to check if we could check in and the lady rolled her eyes at me. HOW RUDE!! When we got to our room the shower door didnt shut and the HEATER DIDNT WORK!! Its winter in ND. We needed heat . Overall I was very disappointed and wouldnt recommend staying at this hotel again. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Location is good. Room was non-smoking but smelled terribly like smoke. Hotel was booked so no rooms to switch us to. Left for an hour so they could ionize the room to take smoke smell out. Dirty sheets on one bed. Staff came up promptly and changed out sheets. Overall room cleanliness was poor. Needs updating.
