Our stay was memorable due to the fact of a great room with a great support staff that went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

No complaints as we found the environment very conducive to enjoying the stay at the Holiday Inn.
The cleanliness of the room was probably the most important. The food provided was very good.

This location has some of the friendliest staff I have met. The only disappointing experience with the food service was the meals served at the business luncheons. The room service food on the other hand was excellent. The only complaint I had about the room was the bed. I did not get comfortable until the last night of my 3 night stay but this is a common problem for me

It was a lot of small things that made my stay poor. I would describe this hotel as "dumpy". The rooms are in need of a remodel. Problems I experienced: AC/Heater unit was not secured to the wall correctly so there was a gap letting outside air in. The unit was unplugged. When I plugged it in the fan ran continuously. The room was not very clean. There were crumbs in the chair. The edges of the room were very dirty and clearly showed a line of dirt where the vacuum cleaner didn't reach. I moved the night stand to plug something in and found a lot of dust and garbage. The TV was horrible. Half the channels were analog and the ones that had "HD" picture still looked blurry. The TV would often display black colors as green. There was a burnt out light bulb. The room door slammed. This was in room 232.

All food was provided by are host at the meeting rooms. The food that was provided was excellent.
We always bring are own pillows, so we do not use the pillows provided with the room.

We were most pleased with our experience at the Fargo Holiday Inn. Although we only stayed one night and were not able to use all/many of the services there, our overall experience was very good. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient and our room was beautiful, very clean and quiet. We would recommend this hotel to any travelers in the Fargo area.

The hotel was fine and it had everything I needed but it definitely needed to be upgraded and had an old scent in the guest room areas. I would stay here again, but I think that they may need to rip out that carpet and consider upgrading a few things.

I attended a conference at this location and decided a room at the conference center would be more convenient. I was not expecting five star accommodations but I was expecting better than a two star hotel. The ceiling in the room was cracked in two places from one wall to the other. It rained debris down on the bed and desk during my whole stay. The kids were allowed to go into the pool at 7:00 am in the morning and the screaming, splashing, and playing commenced. This was a rude awakening on my part as I was not even in a room that faced the pool. Overall, the conference center was nice, spacious, and clean. The staff is excellent, but the room itself was a shocking disappointment.
