Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wow! We arrived to a room that smelled nice and a comfortable king sized bed. We tried to work on office stuff on the internet shortly after we arrived. There was very poor internet service in room. We could only get on briefly twice. My husband had to go to the front desk area to get onto the internet. This was very inconvenient to do office work with the computer then. No privacy. Didn't realize that there was no breakfast included with room cost. We were expected to order room service or purchase it at the restaurant. It was more costly than any other hotel we stayed at on our holiday and for its price, almost double of other hotels, we got a normal sized room with the smallest bathroom of all the hotels we were at. Also there was no fridge or microwave in room. Thankfully it is winter and so, we simply used our vehicle as a fridge. Thought we would use the hot tub at the hotel, but were not able to find it. After asking, we found out that it was out for servicing. Thought since the hot tub wasn't there...a hot bath would be nice. But, the water coming to the bathroom for the bathtub as well as the sink took at least 5 full minutes of running wide open, before it would have hot water to either of them. Then the bathtub wouldn't hold water. The maintenance guy had to be called and he found and took a shampoo bottle lid out of the drain. March 9, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staycation! We live in Fargo and wanted to get out of the house for a couple days. My kids (5, 10, 13) loved the Pirate Ship waterpark. There are several different slides that were fun and the pool is a nice depth for kids. We enjoyed several hours in the evening and a couple more in the morning before checking out. We also ordered Dominos pizza from the pool area and that was a great service. Thanks to the pool staff for keeping other kids under control, when they started getting out of hand. We also loved playing ping pong and air hockey in the rec area. Our room was comfortable, however, there was a layer of dust on the tables. Also, it took forever to get warm water when washing hands and taking showers. Actually, I don't think we ever did get warm water in the sink. It was a plus having a microwave and refrigerator in our room. It was a very nice getaway and we plan to stay again. We're looking forward to the pool remodel and to see those changes. March 4, 2013

Clean room and on the end of the building so very quiet. I have stayed in other rooms and the only challenge I found in both rooms was that you had to let the water run for some time before you had warm water. Hot water took even longer..... March 2, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Service and staff were excellent The housekeeping staff was so friendly - always with a smile and kind greeting in the hallway, and always very accommodating. Front desk staff was also very prompt and helpful. It's a huge hotel, and you put on a lot of miles walking to and from the pool with kids if your room is a distant one like ours was. Kids loved the pool. Brunch was very good. One elevator was broken on our wing, so did a lot of steps that weekend! March 1, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating and clean We reserved out room for 3 nights, but ended up needing the room for a couple of extra nights due to poor driving conditions. They were able to get us the same room for the extra nights. The staff was very nice the whole time. We ordered room service a few times and it was always hot and fresh. We liked that they also have Domino's Pizza as part of the room service right in the hotel. The pool area was fun for everyone and safe for even little kids. Although our trip was for business, and we were stuck at the hotel for many days, it was a very comfortable stay and it took a lot of the stress off. I would recommend staying here if you have to travel to Fargo. February 25, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful staff Due to an unexpected snowstorm, I had to extend my stay for three days. The staff was wonderful! Always with a smile even under stressful situations. The shuttle was a wonderful service to and from shopping. Room changes, helpful information for airline questions, etc. all were done without complaint. The restaurant staff was patient beyond belief regardless of the amazing amount of guests with all their requests! February 19, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by high rate and cold water Room rate was too high for what we got. Granted it was a Sat night, but for what we got, way too high. Pool was fun for kids, but a little on the cold side. Water was also cold for showers, hard to control when you finally did get some hot water. Little load, but Sat night and people having fun. Staff was good. Room was clean. Should have stayed somewhere cheaper I guess but didn't for the kids. February 11, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by no hot tub, dirty pool and noisy hotel We stayed to let the kids go swimming. The pool was booked with a ccri convention -they were swearing and my kids were scared to swim with them. It smelled like urine in there. The water was freezing and wasn't even close to clear, no hot tub and after letting us swim in it that way all night it was shut down in the morning so we could not even use it. No appolizies. Also there were drunks running and yelling in the halls all night long while we tried to sleep, so much for the no noise policy. It was a very disappointing experience, definately not worth the money. I would go somewhere else next time. The one thing that was very good was the seafood buffet at the restaurant February 9, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by New Years Eve The pool staff was very rude at times, especially to the kids. Too many rules in the pool area made it not fun for a New Years getaway. Always seemed like a staff member was watching you or in your face about something. To many rules and regulations for a pool area where you go to relax and have fun. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great location We are priority club members and always use this hotel. However, this last stay was not enjoyable. The pool was very cold every night that we stayed and we along with others complained many times. As well, we had 2 queen beds and when we pulled down the sheets on one, they were dirty and hadn't been changed. The hotel apologized and changed them right away. When we complained to staff, they apologized but wouldn't call the manager for us to complain. We stay there very often and we should have been given some sort of discount but we couldn't even find the manager. I complained and so did my husband separately and nothing was achieved. I feel if they treat their priority members this way there is no point in being loyal to their hotel. January 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, lots of amenities, otherwise ok I was anticipating free internet but was never able to get it to work even after contacting front desk and 800 number and spending over an hour on the phone with them. I overheard the whole hotel was having problems - wish they would have told me so that I wouldn't have wasted 2 hours trying to get it to work. I was there during a busy weekend, so it was fun to see all the people enjoying themselves. However, the rooms are not very sound resistant and there was constant noise of kids running down the hall and I could hear every word people said when they walked down the hall. The rooms only had a thin blanket with no extra blankets in the closet or drawers; I was cold and had to turn the heat way up. The breakfast buffet was good, though. I liked being able to walk to the shopping mall across the street. Friendly atmosphere. December 13, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay for hockey tournament! We had an excellent stay along with about 15 other families at the Holiday Inn in Fargo. Our room was quite comfortable, the housekeeping staff was just wonderful and always available. We had an impromptu pizza party for about 50 people near the pool and the staff was very accommodating. There were numerous other parties happening at the same time along with an event in the ballroom and everyone seemed to have a great time. They put together a little welcome packet for our hockey players with some tokens and coupons. Very nice! A little disappointed in restaurant service as we got our salads and about 15 seconds later our entree's came out. Also ordered chicken strips for our son about 10 minutes before placing our adult order (he was starving), and his still came out about 5 minutes after ours, which you wouldn't expect for kids chicken strips. Other than that, though, I would absolutely recommend staying here. December 7, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Stayed here for the weekend with the kids. Great clean room. Friendly staff. Loved the pool, the kids had a blast. Nice to be able to get some drinks poolside while watching the kids swim. Kinda felt like we were at a beach resort. We asked for a late checkout and was told that only priority members got late checkout. However it was free to sign up, which we did. Will definitely stay here again. November 30, 2012

We had a drink at the bar and room service for breakfast. The staff was very pleasant. The location is great. We have stayed at this hotel many times to meet family and although it was convenient the rooms were just average. The tower is great but I can't speak for the other rooms. October 27, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay When we got there there was no hideaway sofa in the room even though on the website said it had a maximum capacity of 6 and then I found out from the front desk that pool side could not get a rollaway. They did bring up extra blankets and sheets and pillows though, which I thought was awesome and it was my 5 and 6 year old boys sleeping on the floor so they that it was cool. all and all a great stay and the food a the The Gallery was great as always. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cable TV Was at this Hotel for 6 nights. Cable TV would shut off and on about every 15 minutes. Called front desk and was told that the cable had been shutting off and on since June. Nothing was done. Attitude at front desk was oh well just live with it. Will not stay again with such a inconvenience. October 6, 2012
