Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AWFUL!!! One of the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The room was dirty with foul smelling stained and soaked carpet. Uncooperative and non friendly front desk staff. We had an incident of toilet overflow during our stay there. I called reception to send someone from housekeeping. Instead, she asked me to come down and then gave me a few towels and a plunger to clean by myself. I would not recommend this specific property to anyone. May 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great value My husband and I stayed one night and were very happy with the entire experience. We drove from Pittsburgh, Pa and had not seen the hotel previously. The hotel is very nice- it is not an express, the atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Our room was quite large and our bed was comfortable and clean. Heat was on demand and central- no window unit to hear all night long. We had an unusually cold night for May and our room was a constant warm temperature. Also, what made the stay even more enjoyable was the discount given for joining IHG Rewards. Thanks for a relaxing stay. May 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely the BEST! I visited Detroit on business. Due to being the first visit to this city I was very apprehensive. Upon being picked up at the airport that apprehension subsided. My flight arrived late and I wasn't sure the shuttle would still be available, but it was. Once arriving at the hotel the staff were very attentive and caring. The morning breakfast was outstanding and the service was great. My next biggest concern about this hotel was food selection given I did not rent a car, well this is not an issue when you have the restaurant and bar at this hotel. There was no reason to leave for any other place, the selection and prices was reasonable and the quality of food was off the chart. I will certainly be back! May 16, 2016
