Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Well I've stayed her previously and it is a nice hotel the front desk staff is awesome on check out he did what he could to help with my rate issue. There is a disconnect about policy between shifts on how to handle issues but not to big of a deal. The staff lost my reservation twice and changed my rate twice that's one of the reasons I left early. The bathrooms have to be serviced better the floor smelled of urine and the showers are way too small for a larger person. The room service is decent when available but don't go out and have a good time on the weekend and expect to stay in and order room service the hours are terrible. Early breakfast with a cutoff before 11am and then no service till 5pm. No lunch or late breakfast hours. On the weekends room service should be extended to accommodate leisure stays. No sleeping in and vegging out at this hotel. The overall experience for what it is was good but improvement is a must. I was disappointed on the rate hikes and lack of ability to fix my increases due to staff error but they did try to help me at least and that counts for something. Josh or Jason at nights was awesome first stay needed plug he dug through found one and ran it to my room. Second stay WiFi kept going out he did what he could and was very accommodating to help me with issue. Checkout rep was courteous and we the one that helped me fix some of my rate. I was very appreciative of him. If your gonna stay in this area this hotel will meet your needs, exceed them ummmmm not right now but the staff will help you within their powers... September 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great solution for business trip I have seen the improvements resulting from previous feedback that I provided to the location management staff. This is encouraging and it demonstrates that they truly do take customer satisfaction serious. I love the two room suite as it provides me a place to work and relax separate from the area in which I sleep which is highly recommended by all medical groups. I was definitely rested and ready for work the next day. September 2, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Three Strikes your out I stayed at this location on a hot and humid day. I was moved to three different rooms with the same result of not being able to regulated the room temperature. The first room was a hot and wet 74 degrees. The second and third room temperature cooled down to a steamy 72 degrees. It felt like sleeping in a rain forest. The Chief Engineer entered my room while my 12 and 10 year old was sleeping (my wife and I was in the lobby waiting on a return call from the manager). The chief engineer even had the nerve to comment on how they had the blankets pulled over there bodies. When I confronted the Chief Engineer about how he gained entrance to my room he responded " I am the Chief Engineer I have a master key to all rooms." When we return to the room my daughter expressed concern about how she had to cover up because a stranger was in the room. After waiting 2.5 hours for a call from the manager we decided to cancel the remainder of our stay at the Holiday Inn. I called and explained my experience To a receptionist at a competitor hotel and they were more than eager to check us in early. I am now sitting in the competitor suite typing this review.
