Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Smelly room My room smelled musty! On my last day there I noticed the ceiling had mildew all over it and the wall paper coming down in a corner. The toilet ran all night the first night. I did tell the desk and they had it fixed that day. That was a plus! My grandson spilled something on the bed so I wrote a note that I needed to have the sheets change and left $5.00 they took my five dollars changed the top sheets but not the bottom. I even put the note on the wet spot. I had to ask about the breakfast, staff should tell you about it when you check in. There was not anything in the room to give you information about it either. I seen it on the website or I would have never known. I did tell the desk of the smell, mildew and sheets when I checked out, they were sympathetic but were unable to adjust my bill because I booked through a third party. It was easy to get to where I needed to go. The employees were friendly. October 13, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT PRICE! VERY FRIENDLY, WILL STAY AGAIN People at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They went out of there way to help. Housekeepers were great and room was great. It had a large round tub to take a comfortable bath. Bed was comfortable. Denfintaly will stay here again if in the area. Out of all the Holiday Inn's I have stayed at far the best one ever. October 9, 2014

We did not expect the terrific service and courteous attention we received. We were staying here for hospital location but would return to this facility for any purpose thanks to our experience. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were offered a discounted rate due to the fact that our son was hospitalized across street. We did not ask for this, the staff was aware of the reason for our stay and booked our room at a very reasonable rate. The included daily buffet breakfast was also a treat, delicious and plentiful. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great overnight stop Reservation made by the airport FBO. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived and the Shuttle driver was there nearly as soon as we landed. The Hotel was very comfortable and the service in the Café/Bar was great. We got personal treatment and suggestions, recommendations from the Café staff that were just what we wanted. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety and was very tasty. September 7, 2014

Our elderly and slightly impaired parents had no difficulties getting around, We did not have to be concerned for their safety or comfort. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Stay I am an IHG Gold member and travel for the military and stayed at this place during duty at Ft. Bragg. First issue: Non-working phone for two of the three night stay. Second Issue: Housekeeper did not restock towels during room cleaning. Third Issue: Clerk failed to add my membership number to the stay despite providing her with the required information. Fourth Issue: Management was unavailable when I called (using my cell phone) to complain about nonfunctional phone. I will not stay again nor recommend that location to anyone. August 29, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable accomodations I stay at this hotel regularly. I enjoy staying here and its a good value for the area. This hotel is convenient to the All American Freeway leading to Fort Bragg. There are several restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. I avoid staying on the ground floor here because some nights it has been noisy. Check to see if your sink drain well when you first check in; I've seen problems with this in several rooms. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Hotel is old, dingy, dirty, and not up to par. If you're looking for a 3 star hotel, THIS IS NOT IT!!!!! This is best compared to a 2 star motel at best. The place is in a dodgy area and it's dirty to say the least. If you can get a rate of $35.00 a night, then maybe. Anything above that, go somewhere else or sleep in your car. August 23, 2014
