This location had the most friendly staff I have ever encountered in my many years of travel. The beds were like heaven, and the room was cozy, clean, and peaceful. I will recommend this location to many other travellers!

King size bed had 4 ittsie bittsie pillows that were way to soft. The A/C did not work at all and we were hot all night. The bathroom sink was missing the drain plug. The buffet breakfast had a great omlet station but the other stuff was pretty yukky.

While the size of the room was great, the bar in the room was horrible. I went to get a glass and the glasses were brown. The sink in the bar was brown in the drain! I told the staff and they apologized and that was it. They did not do anything to make the situation better. I complained to the front desk person and nothing was done! I will not stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there unless they are just staying one night and can't find another hotel!

Arrived just for one night on our way back home to NJ from Florida. Had booked in advance and thought I had a discount as I had indicated wanting to pay in advance. Upon arrival we were hardly greeted by unfriendly staff who told me that I could not get my rate as my credit card did not go through. I asked her why she did not contact me about it and she told me that she did not have my contact info. Then we went to our room: damp room, old carpet and bathroom. Big and very loud air conditioning. Made so much noise that we hardly slept. So overall we would not go here again.

We had a fair experience. The pool was supposed to be heated but when we went to get in, it was ice cold. We told the front desk staff about it and they tried to fix it but we were never able to get into the pool. Our first room the AC didn't work and the sink facet was broken and when I turned it on, the facet shot off and soaked me and the floor. We were then moved to another room that was on the other side of the property, it smelled very damp. If we had to do it all over again I think we would try to give them another chance because the staff was very nice.

Traveling from Phoenixville, PA to Hilton Head, SC and made a reservation at this hotel on the drive down. I called a couple of days ahead of time to make sure they had rollaway beds for rent and the women said sure, they are $10.00 a night. I said great. I noted this on my reservation too. Get there, asked front clerk if they had the rollaway bed from my reservation, he said yes, it was in the room. I said great. Get to room, no rollaway bed. Called front desk and he answered, no, we are out of them.....HUH!!!! He gave us a discount on the room because of this but really? At this point, what am I to do? Very upset. I gave this property 1 stars because of this. I only gave the Overall Experience a 2 stars only because I can note the room was clean otherwise.

The beds were to hard and they had small square lumpy pillows. The pool steps were slippery and my wife fell on her tail bone and her left shoulder hit the first step when she stepped on the first step to get into the pool and went under the hand rail. The room was way to high. Coudn't open the sliding glass door.

We needed a pet friendly hotel and this more than met my expectations. After being on the road for 12 hours we were tired and hungry. What a pleasant surprise this Holiday Inn was.Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was great! Very convenient!

This is the perfect mid-way stop from Pennsylvania to Central Florida off I-95. Easy access to the highway, dining, and gas stations. We will definitely stay here again on our next road trip to Florida.

Room had cobwebs near draperies. Air conditioner ran all night long and room was sticky. Would not recommend. Windows near pool were dirty. Four of five exercise machines were out of order.

I am a IHG Gold member. When it come to staying at a hotel while traveling, we have come to rely on the Holiday Inn brand. After a long drive my wife and I were happy to see a Holiday Inn located in Fayetteville, NC and that is had available rooms. We choose to stay. While the outside appearance was decent, we regret to say that we honestly thought the hotel, overall, was dated, dingy, and run down. When we checked in and got to our room, we saw the television was on, there was one yellowed towel in the bathroom, hair on the sink and nail clippings in the bathroom. We asked to be switched to another room, but it was upstairs with no elevator available on that side of the building so we had to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs. We felt skivvy. In the room had one lamp instead of the usual to two lamps, one on either side of the bed. Since it appeared there should have been a lamp there, we called the front desk so we wouldn't be accused of taking it. it was difficult to relax and go to sleep. We couldn't wait to leave the hotel in the morning. Overall we had a poor experience. Though we have had previously had good experiences with Holiday Inn hotels, we will think twice about relying on a Holiday Inn during our travels.

I wanted the combination of a pet friendly hotel along with what I thought would be a guaranteed clean and comfortable room. Holliday Inn at Fayetteville didn't disappoint. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, so while an average price they delivered on everything I needed, including a secure parking lot with security patrol all night. When making my reservation I signed up for their bonus points and was eligible for the free breakfast buffet which was a big help before hitting the road again.

I have been staying at this location, on business, for the past 6 weeks. This is the second time I could not get any clean towels after reminding them at around 8:30 pm. I gett back from working all day around 5pm. I went to bed @ 11pm and still no towels, coffee (reg) no cups etc.! I think they are either under staffed or the management just doesn't care!

The food in the restaurant was terrible. We ate at the hotel across the street that is not pet friendly. We book this hotel because it takes pets.

I very much enjoyed my stay , Holiday Inn has never failed in their cleanness of the rooms, comfort and hospitality. Our banquet was great, the food was delicious and the staff was on time with the food. They were friendly and very accommodating. Thank You for a successful reunion. We do plan to return next year.

After a day of travel the last thing You want is poor service at check in, The person I dealt with had a Very Poor Attitude, I simply asked for a room facing the back parking lot, I was given the room key to # 219, I picked up My bags and headed to the elevator, Room 219 faced the front of the building over looking the roof, Back down stairs dragging My bags to the front desk again, After dealing with "Miss Attitude" I was given the key to room 202, She also wrote the incorrect wifi code, No simple bottle of water at check in. No restaurant discount coupon and no breakfast served in the AM. These are just some of the little perks that a Platinum Priority Member shouldn't have to ask for And when I did I was told No to all the above...

We enjoyed our overall experience at the hotel. Our stay was just one night as we were traveling to south Florida from D.C. We were not sure if the hotel would honor Holiday Inn Express members since the hotel name did not include "Express". The check in attendants clarified that the hotel honored club members. They also indicated who to contact to inquire about my Club member card which I have not received. We were given a choice of first floor or second which was a very nice touch.
Our experience at the restaurant was not as impressive. There was only one other table of people when we came in, yet it took quite a long time for the waitress to visit our table. In fact, I had to get up and go to the bar to ask the bartender whether there was anyone taking orders. She made sure to call the waitress for us. While the waitress had good intentions, the overall feeling of the restaurant was less than professional.

I try not to be demanding when catering Priority Club locations. With that being said, I know customer service and am expecting some type of professionalism at all times. My overall experience at this location is on the fence all because my check-in was great. It was well after 6PM and the young lady who assisted me was very kind, professional AND she smiled the entire time she checked me in. But when I checked out, I received less than gracious attitudes from both clerks that SUNDAY morning. I guessed when being bombarded with different guests and working on the weekend will have some folks caught off guard. I'm not complaining but I would like to see an attitude adjustment from the weekend front desk clerks if and when I come back to your location. And if I have more than one rooms, I would preferred to have separate hotel bills for billing purposes. Thanks.

My family and I stayed here on our way home on I-95. We arrived around 9:30pm. The lobby was beautiful, but at first our keys did not work. Our room was in the back, so this was a bother, since we had to walk back up to the front desk with our luggage to fix the keys. The room was a little warm, but cooled off quickly. The sheets seemed slightly damp, but we were so tired we just fell asleep. Nice place overall for an overnight stop while traveling.

I've had difficulty and experienced poor attitude of staff when towels and supplies were not replaced by 7p.m. of my week stay. I'm away all day training for a new job and would like to be able to come back to the hotel and refresh and relax. Is it really being difficult to expect the room to have towels by 7p.m.???? Wanted to change hotels, but it would stress me out. to move everything.
