Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel very friendly staff Everything about our stay was top notch with a couple of exceptions. The woman who checked us in was wonderful. As I already mentioned, I was not expecting to be upgraded to a suite, nor was I expecting to receive complimentary breakfast as a result of our status as a platinum IHG member. That was super. The only negatives were that the pool water was freezing and there was quite a bit of noise coming from the corridor when we were trying to get ready to go to bed. Once we fell asleep it did not wake us up, however. January 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great place to relax this hotel was very good the employees at the front desk were very nice and the maintenance person was very fast and to the point.(small water leak) fixed it. the breakfast there was excellent and so were the waitress. i would stay here again.Best of all this hotel is PET friendly . Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No pool party I love the Holiday Inn. But . . . When I booked the one in Fayetteville. I asked if they had an indoor pool. They said yes, so I assumed IT WOULD BE FULL OF WATER,!! Alas, when I arrived I was told that the pool was drained for maintenance. Had I known this, I would have found another hotel. Bad knees and long, long drives with just me and my cat made pool exercising very appetizing. Your desk people should tell the reservation people when facilities are unavailable. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Outdated and tired The bed, pillows and air unit made it impossible to get a good, solid nights sleep. The breakfast buffet was a joke. Lousy choices and I believe left overs. The pool was empty. That would have been nice to know prior to booking. Reserved the room on my membership rewards number with no benefits. Will never stay at this outdated property again. With all of the choices for accommodations hard to believe this is the best Holiday Inn can offer. January 21, 2015
