Bar / Restaurant area with internet was great for working evenings / mornings. Ruby Tuesday is also just a walk across the parking lot. Would stay there again for sure if in that area. June 16, 2014

Restaurant is convenient and well staffed for breakfast hours. Love the breakfast buffet. Great selection of fruits as well as fresh items. Great stay for business trip. June 15, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good but not great we stayed 3 nites 1st nite: army (reserves?) moved in late with loud big trucks and much shouting 2nd nite: someone decided to have a shouting match on his cell phone out side the widow 3rd nite: just kept waiting for the next shoe to drop, never did, but did not sleep for waiting. bath could have been cleaned better, found hair on the floor. pillows left much to be desired could not find a comfortable one at all. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from Home! From the time I checked in to the minute of check out, this is by far one of the best stays at a hotel I have had in all my stays in North Carolina. The service was awesome, rooms and hotel was clean comfortable and inviting! The staff went above and beyond my expectations to insure I had an enjoyable stay. They were busy at checkin and the GM came out and helped to get everyone checked in very quickly. The restaurant was had great service and tasty food. (I ordered room service and it was spot on!) I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when traveling in this area. I wish more hotels lived up to the standards of this hotel. A special thanks to the GM for following up with me several time throughout my stay to make sure everything was going well! Thanks Holiday Inn @ I-95 for making my stay the best! June 10, 2014

The manager even asked several times how I was doing and if there was anything she could do to make my stay better! I will stay here again for sure! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Old and dirty I normally stay at Holiday Inn Express as I travel for work often and normally I have a great experience. This time, however, I was horrified. The room smelled musty upon entering, the csrpet was dirty, the bathtub had hair all in it and the bathroom mirror had splash,marks and toothpaste all over it. I was so grossed out that I barely slept. I couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning! If you are looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, go to the Holiday Inn Express on Skibo. The staff has always gone above and beyond to make all of us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are clean and generally in good repair. The only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the WiFi service. It tends to be very slow, if it connects at all. May 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 5 Star Experience I am very pleased with my 5 day/5 night stay for conference. I had a group rate for my room, so costs were reasonable. All staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was kept clean, the bed comfy and fluffy, bathroom clean, quiet with thick walls, quick room service and good food from Barron's. My only concern was Mother Nature that produced tornado warnings. The physical lay-out of the building was a little frustrating, having 1 elevator. Overall, I'm very pleased and will stay again when in the area. May 5, 2014

I looked at your buffet and declined and when I didn't get any excitement from your wait staff about ordering from the menu, I went next door to Ruby Tuesday where they have a greater menu selection and more flat screen HDTVs for various sports, news and drama channels. Your Jameson Irish Whiskey was expensive, must be a great profit maker for the corporation. The karaoke must be something for predominately local folks and occasionally you must get lucky and find somebody who can actually sing. There was a good crowd who enjoys that, so it must be a money maker for you. I stayed at your hotel because you were a good host to the Special Forces national convention 2010 and I knew overall you run a good show. My food and drink comments aside, it was an overall good stay and I'd do it again. But, really, $7+ for a shot of Jameson. Thought that only happened at a Key West upscale hotel bar. May 3, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Had to walk out from breakfast after waiting 45 minutes The first encounter was at the front desk asking for a reciept that showed no charge on my credit dard. The clerk got arguementative and said "you used award points so there will be nothing on the receipt". i said that is what I want to show no charges. He got irrated and said what ever. Then we went to get breakfast. The buffet items looked old and stale so we ordered from the menu. We asked our server several times where our food was and was told there is only 1 cook. There were only 3 other parties in the room and 2 of them were having the buffet. After 45 minutes and no food we lelft and ate somewhere else. April 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by unplug and unwind We saw the power go out across the neighborhood as we drove to the Fayetteville Holiday Inn. Much of the hotel had no lights and the front desk phone was ringing non-stop with compaints of no TV. We checked in to a room with no lights or power, but the light from the window made it possible to navigate around the beds. Rather than veg in front of the TV we enjoyed a leisurely meal across the street at Ruby Tuesday. Would not have put it on my list to have a power outage, but it was nice to unplug for an evening. When the time change happened at 2 in the morning power came back on and we had lights to shower before hitting the road. Due to the circumstances I didn't have time to try the facilities in the morning. March 27, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Pleased I should have had a clue when I went to check into the hotel and they had neither luggage carts nor bellmen to assist me with the large amount equipment I brought to the conference. I was invited to wait in the lobby for 90 minutes until a staff member found a cart in one of the hallways and brought it to the lobby. I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room appeared to be clean with the exception of the bloodstained bedspread. Housekeeping did stop by one day and clean the room, but didn't return the following day. If I had known how bad the food was, I think I would have rather gone hungry. Although it was "as advertised," I never thought that a veggie burger would consist of a veggie burger patty on a bun with no lettuce, tomato, or other ingredients getting in the way of your enjoyment of the meal. I tried to order a salad one evening, but I was informed that the hotel was out of salad. (They were also out of pizza on that day.) ALthough I couldn't say this before, I now know where I was served the worst pancakes of my life. It was at this hotel. They were disgusting. I think that the staff of this hotel try hard, but it appears that the management is severely lacking. March 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great food in the restaurant - hotel great stop over place We had a great stay at your hotel! the room was large, bed very comfortable. The hotel was quiet - we got a great night sleep! after 10 hours on the road and another 7 to go the next day, this overnight stay was wonderful. We had a great dinner in the restaurant - in fact the customer service was outstanding. We sat at the table and every 2 minutes someone was coming up to us asking if we were OK - do we need anything? I worked 36 years in Customer Service and was blown away by the staff. We will definitely stay there again! March 7, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel and staff! What a great hotel to stay at on our trip home to Florida. Bad weather in the area(snow) had us stopping in the area to get off the roads. The only restaurant in the area open was this hotels. Everyone was helping out in there, including the general manager! She was awesome! All the front desk were so polite and the rooms were very clean. If I'm ever this way again I will definitely stay here! February 25, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Inn for work The door jam needs repair. Had to shoulder it to open. The toilet is low and mounted crooked. Room was a maze to get field the elevators just to walk even further once to my floor. Then that night a fire alarm.... 30 or 40 people out in the hall at 430 in the morning. No staff!, alarms stopped, so all back to bed. To this day....not a word from the staff. Makes one wonder where they were. February 23, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by House Keeping Slacking I stayed at this motel for two nights. The house keeping service is lacking attention. My bed was not made, floor vacuumed, bathroom cleaned or coffee service items replenished. I knew house keeping visited my room because I had fresh towels and the trash was emptied. The staff was very courteous and professional. The rooms were clean. The only negative about the general condition of the facilities was that both of my beds squeaked. This facility is not up to the same standards as other Holiday Inn's I've stayed in across the country. February 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Check Again When I stayed for two days, they never came into my room and cleaned it, didn't change my towels, empty my trash, etc. The keys to the room had to constantly be redone, and after all of this, I was offered a free breakfast which I didn't even eat. February 8, 2014
