Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dinosaur The Hotel is way past its heyday as what seems was a convention/ banquet hotel back in the early 80's. I think the room phones were the first push button phones ever made. There were two in my room . one did not work at all and the other crackled because of the exposed loose wires. There is no gym to speak of , meaning 3 or 4 machines in sort of a makeshift space which looked like an afterthought, like , "oh yeah , we have to say we have a gym". The pool was built at the time when they thought it was really cool and smart to put a pool in the lobby for all to see on our way to our rooms upon check in. The staff was lovely and upbeat in spite of what they are forced to work with. So much , I felt sorry for them. Seriously, a breakfast bread selection consisting of only white bread? The overall feeling of the place is the last living dinosaur not long for this world December 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Warm, But Very Cold Bathroom Nice room, but poor maintenance of air conditioning filter stopped air flow which made bathroom very cold with 40 degree outside temperatures. Very disappointing to find this condition at a Holiday Inn. Plus continental breakfast not included with corporate room rate where as it is at nearby competitor hotel of same quality. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed But Intolerably Loud A/C-Heating Unit Worst nights sleep ever. When A/C-Heating unit turns on (often) it sounded like a jet engine. Bathtub could not be filled since drain lever in up or down position did not come close to sealing. Pet friendly hotel @ $40 for a 19lb dog....most we have ever paid. TV channel guide in room showed HBO channels but they did not exist on actual stations available. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but meaningless overall. December 9, 2014

The hotel did have someone come and fix it, but it would have been nicer to offer us another room or upgrade the room. The room also had no bedding for the pull-out bed, but they did bring some up later. We also wanted to use the indoor pool, but it was freezing. December 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by They accept dogs! The staff is very friendly and willing to assist. I must say my reason for staying was that they would allow my pet. They charge seemed excessive but I decided to give it a try. Pet rooms are 1st floor and the receptions was happy to place us by an outer door. Room was comfortable although well used. Bed, sheets and towels good. My fur friend and I will stay there again. December 6, 2014
