Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by airport shuttle stay I've already given you my feedback. We arrived later in the evening, slept and left early on the shuttle. It would be nice to have some self service breakfast--e.g. toast and cold cereal to go with coffee starting at 6 am February 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Thin uncomfortable sheets and room not clean I was disappointed in this Holiday Inn. The sheets were very thin and not soft. You could tell they were old. Just couldn't get comfortable in the bed. I was put in a poolside room on a Friday night. Kids were screaming and it was very loud in the room. Could not fall asleep. There was dust in many areas and there was a goldfish cracker on the floor by the bed, which led me to believe that the room wasn't clean properly. the bathroom floor grout had dirt in it. Overall not satisfied with the experience. I chose a Holiday Inn because of their reputation and was not impressed, sadly. February 25, 2015

I forgot to bring my cell phone charger and she actually charged my phone for me. I definitely felt like a valued guest. February 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't get what I was promised. I was told when I made reservations that I would get a handicap room with one bed. Instead I got a regular room with 2 queens. It seems to me that Holiday Inns cater more to the younger people than be concerned about the older generation. The beds seem to get higher and higher and the bathroom toilets are getting shorter. It might be fine for people who can get around good but for those who are wheelchair bound it is very inconvienent. I am getting to the point that I bring my own steps to get into bed and my own riser for the toilet. Plus what sense does it make to put a wheelchair person on second or higher floor. What would happen if the elevators didn't work and that person was in their room? How can they do the stairs? February 19, 2015
