Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Bad for Business This hotel caused me to have a miserable business experience. The "business center" computers could not print anything (one did not even have MS Office installed), the front desk lost my agenda print-outs before my meeting, the front desk refused to issue me a hard copy receipt, and the wireless Internet was slow as dial-up. There is another hotel in the same parking lot. This would have been a much better choice! October 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, OK restaurant, pillows too thick Staff are outstanding, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Pillows, from my perspective, were much too thick and too soft. Very difficult to obtain the thickness needed to hold my head properly; the pillows don't 'wad up' very well, rather they compress way too much and didn't support my head high enough. Bathroom sink control leaked a lot around the control arm. Kitchen couldn't cook eggs to order very well and they stunk of some funky oil-like smell, as if they were cooked in used oil tainted by another food. I order eggs "over medium" but got "over well" and stinky eggs on 3 different occasions. October 3, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sad I would recommend the Holiday in Express in Grand Blanc over this one. The toilet flushing was poor at best almost overflowed each time flushed. The sink was terrible at draining. Also NO Continental breakfast ( there is one at Grand Blanc). In general the holiday Express was heads and sholders above the Flint location. September 23, 2015
