Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic The hotel I usually stay at was booked so I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Florence Kentucky and I think I will continue to stay here. I do travel a lot for leisure purposes and I must say that they have some of the friendliest staff I have ever came across. The restaurant and bar they have was wonderful the food they had was pretty good and definitely worth my money. The servers in the morning we're very pleasant, works well together, and they definitely rocked it out through the rush. Thank you so much Christa and Jeanette for the hospitality. Those two ladies could definitely work for a five star restaurant. The front desk lady Brittney was absolutely wonderful, I needed directions so she printed me out something off of Google Maps. You don't get good customer service like this anymore but the three ladies I had mentioned definitely made my stay worth it. This is a very nice and well kept establishment and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay for their travels. November 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Going down hill I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It seems to be going down hill. Rooms are starting to get in disrepair. Floor and comforter was dirty. Staff forgot to give me my qualifying points and had I not checked I would have lost out on 6000+ points and 5 nights. I think I will try the Holiday at the airport next time. November 17, 2015
