Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Big Ant Infestation The Hotel was very nice until our last evening when the room was severely infested with ants. Clothing that was in the draws was completely covered with ants. We checked out earlier on our check out day. The front desk advised, and we were told, that their manager would be contacting us regarding compensation. However, to date, we have received no correspondence. I believe they just don't care about customer service. Our bill was covered with priority points that we have earned, and we were not treated as a Platinum Priority Member. December 23, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My experience Overall this is one of the nicest hotels I have been too..however, I was not happy that I did not receive a wake up call at 3:00AM as planned. I called the reception, and the only excuse I received was "I am sorry". This was totally unacceptable. I am quite uncomfortable to relax since I can not trust a simple request. Other wise I would have provided an overall experience of Excellent. I need to reconsider if i stay the next time since there are other hotels close by. December 9, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice setting This hotel has a nice setting on a lake. Good food available on site, but not much close by to walk to. Staff was helpful. As a platinum member, I was surprised to have to pay for coffee in the morning. Hotel was very clean. Only complaint I had was to look at the same dirty dishes in the hallway for almost 2 days, form someone's room service. How can the maids clean rooms all day and not remove dishes in the hallway? Nice jazz music on Friday....overall a nice place. October 25, 2012
