Overall this is one of the nicest hotels I have been too..however, I was not happy that I did not receive a wake up call at 3:00AM as planned. I called the reception, and the only excuse I received was "I am sorry". This was totally unacceptable. I am quite uncomfortable to relax since I can not trust a simple request. Other wise I would have provided an overall experience of Excellent. I need to reconsider if i stay the next time since there are other hotels close by.

This hotel has a nice setting on a lake. Good food available on site, but not much close by to walk to. Staff was helpful. As a platinum member, I was surprised to have to pay for coffee in the morning.
Hotel was very clean. Only complaint I had was to look at the same dirty dishes in the hallway for almost 2 days, form someone's room service. How can the maids clean rooms all day and not remove dishes in the hallway?
Nice jazz music on Friday....overall a nice place.
