Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Valentine's getaway with 2 grands. Last minute valentine's getaway with 8 and 11 yr old grands. Perfect place to meet half way on I-40. Enjoyed our stay. Michelle was great at check in placing us near the elevator and the room was comfortable our entire stay. (Cold front came in). Went out for appetizers after arrival. Since it was Valentine's Day (no dinnner reservations) we chose to eat in the hotel restaurant and were not disappointed. The steaks and ribs were very good and our server Jessica was delightful. Later the adults enjoyed a drink with Becca in the lounge while still seeing the kids watch tv in the atrium area. Breakfast buffet was adequate. The indoor pool and hot tub was a major decision in staying here. February 22, 2015

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to ensure my stay was comfortable. In particular, Lacey. Lacey presented herself while I was getting coffee and asked if my stay was comfortable. I said yes. Our conversation revolved around business in and around Fort Smith along with locations worth visiting. Thank you for your hospitality. It is always welcomed and appreciated since I travel quite a bit for business. Thank you and I look forward to my next stay when business brings me back to Fort Smith. February 19, 2015
