Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No microwave, no mini-fridge & hair dryer didn't work. We were disappointed for the price that your amenities didn't measure up to other comparable motel chains. It wasn't staff problems, but management problems as we see it. Poor organization of breakfast set up (wait to pay before being seated; never seen that before). We were there as part of a group, and the chicken for Saturday dinner was a drumstick, nothing more. Room had no microwave, no mini-fridge and a broken hair dryer, but was otherwise acceptable. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy and quiet I was very pleased with my stay here and I usually do not write reviews! The room was better than expected and I almost always stay at Holiday Inn's. The gym and pool looked nice; but I did not use either. What was most important to me was having a nice, peaceful room with which to work and rest in while on my business trip and the staff at Fort Smith's Holiday Inn did very well. May 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and customer service The room was beautiful, the view was great but the temp of the room was too hot and it never really cooled off enough. The outside temp was in the 70s. The toliet had black mold under the rim and you could see it from the hall. The rest of the room was clean and did not stink like other hotel rooms I have had. The staff was excellent! The pillows were not very good, they kept slipping out from under my head when I slept. Next time I will bring my own pillows. April 30, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overall stay We have stayed in several Holiday Inns but I will have to say this was probably the overall worst we have had. The heat and air was very noisy and the air was either all cold or nothing. They were having water problems and when I first turned on water to bathe it looked like rusty, nasty water had to let it run for awhile and then we didn't want to drink or rinse our mouth after brushing. Was charged a different amount at checkout and had to argue about that was not going to give breakfast vouchers for one night but finally got those and then the breakfast was awful. They said it was the meal prepared for the ball team we were with for the vouchers and they would not even get the kids milk or Apple juice said we would probably have to pay extra for that. Also the tv was not working properly. I could really go on and on I have always been pleased with Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn Express but not this time April 30, 2015
