Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service I recently booked a stay in the bridal suite for my wedding. I loved the room. It was very spacious. I was very unhappy with the way some of my guests and bridal party were treated when trying to check in. Multiple people within my bridal complained of disrespectful and rude customer service from staff members at the front desk. I was very angry hearing this because we spent a of money on the bridal suite but also brought in a lot of business to the hotel from our out of town guests. I was also not happy with my bank account being charged before I even checked into the hotel. Ive never stayed at any other hotel that has done this. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience there. May 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay! Recently stayed at this location for the recent primaries in Indiana. Convenient location made this an ideal choice. The staff was friendly and responsive and the property was well maintained and clean. The pool area was excellent and the restaurant menu was very diverse. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area for Coliseum events. May 5, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful hotel with plenty of comfort and great food wonderful experience at the holiday inn Ft. Wayne, IN. Great staff, especially Kathy in the restaurant/bar area. Kathy was very hospitable very attentive to all the patrons needs. Was very impressed with the food! Never left the hotel to eat out! the entire staff has a "can do" attitude. Holiday Inn must "hand pick" their employees because from the front desk to the cleaning crew they were all top notch! I really appreciate the entire staff for making my stay a very enjoyable one for this particular business trip. May 2, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Loud Noisy Environment with Poor Wifi and Unreliable Hot Water I stayed at this hotel to attend my doctoral residency program. I was not able to sleep much because there were other guests who were extremely loud and noisy. I called the front desk to complain only to be told that they had 2 weddings and "there's not much we can do about it". I was on the 5th floor, and I could hear very clearly people having conversations in the hallway as well as loud music playing from the room next to me. This was happening after midnight. For my last night, I had to get up at 3 am to catch a very early flight, and the noises continued all night long. I called the front desk around 1:30 am but nothing changed. I lost hot water in the middle of my shower. Wifi connection was very poor that I ended up using my personal hotspot. The hotel was the recommended hotel for the program but I would recommend a change to the program coordinator. May 1, 2016
