Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Plan on needing lots of time to eat Service was very slow in the restaurant. The server was attentive but her reassureness was always empty handed. Since the problem seemed to be the back of the house(kitchen) and no information was given other than "it will be just a few minutes" can not offer more information. Additionally, the decor is very hard and reflective, therefore noise from the bar travels to the dining area and distrubs diners. Room temperature was a little cool. December 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel and most staff nice, restaurant service poor I typically stay at Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express properties. This was the first time I stayed at this property. The reception staff and management were very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I ate dinner and breakfast in their on property restaurant. At dinner, there was one guest and no employees around., I asked the guest if we seat ourselves, and she said yes. After I was seated about 3-5 minutes, two groups of loud men came to the reception desk. An employee came out, seated both groups, and took both groups drink and food orders before even acknowledging I was there. At breakfast, it was similar. There was one table of guests eating the breakfast buffet, no employees were in the dining area. I again seated myself and waited several minutes before I went to the front desk and asked if there was a server in the dining area. Nice property but plan on eating outside of the hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed, Courteous Service Maybe i missed it but would like to have had a self service waffle maker for breakfast with associated toppings, i.e. blueberries, etc. I ordered over easy eggs and they were delivered a bit under cooked and broken yokes.....Staff immediately realized this issue and before i could say anything they had two additional perfectly cooked eggs delivered to the table... The Fire Alarm went off at about 8 am...not sure why....i was determined to finish my breakfast first ! I would definitely return to this Hotel. December 4, 2014
