Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Lacking My overall stay was average. I thought when booking a refrigerator and microwave were standard in rooms. This room is lacking both. I was disapointed that there would be ice machine on each level. We stayed for two nights and reported a problem with the air conditioning promptly after arriving. The receptionist did not relay the message to the next and our room stayed at 80 until we had to issue another complaint. Also I noticed a receptionist working the whole day that was pregnant who was standing her ENTIRE shift. I would encourage this facility to offer her chair for in between customers. I was happy with the location and shuttle service to the coliseum. Overall this hotel has your very basics and was clean. Im not sure on those things alone I would recommend or stay again. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Food restaurant The waiter didn't have a clue.... I order three eggs bacon and oatmeal and juice Total $28.and some change . He proceeded to say he was doing me a favor. What favor, you can order a steak dinner for this price. He tried to explain it but he didn't make any since. Not only this They added room charge to my room and it wasn't mine. The next morning I was trying to check out and I tried to explain this to the women behind the counter, this charge wasn't mine. I showed her all my receipts for my dinners. She wouldn't help. Not only this She spoke to me with a condescending tone. I will say the shuttle driver was very nice and One women at the desk during check in was very nice. April 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Service was horrible We arrived for the Vera Bradley sale. We arrived late and wanted to stay at the hotel for dinner. It was polish night but we still decided to try it. We ordered steaks for the 3 of us and 15-20 minutes later after we had already ate bread and had drinks, they tell us that they ran out of steaks!! We had to leave and go to a different restaurant at almost 9pm. Sure we could've ordered something different but we were wanting steaks. The next morning we woke up to eat breakfast. We thought it was a FREE breakfast since that is what it says on the brochure. They charged us for our DRINKS(coffee,OJ,etc) and expected a tip. Which I don't mind tipping but we got the buffet!!! The workers were snooty and not very friendly. The ladies at the front desk were very very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice but I am not impressed with the food service or help at all! April 14, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ft. Wayne - Vera Bradley Weekend Hotel is very convenient and clean. Housekeeping staff was very responsive to our needs for more towels. Drink specials in the bar - NICE! Front desk very helpful with directions. Pool towels (or were they large washcloths?) need to be more available....and larger. April 14, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location; thin walls; ask about breakfast price This is a great location for convenience to the War Memorial Coliseum; could walk from the hotel. The walls between rooms must be thin; we could hear every word of conversations in the next room. Be sure to ask about breakfast options. We were shown to a table, the buffet appeared to be the only option. After we had our food, we saw that others were ordering from a menu. The buffet was $12; we wouldn't have spent that much if we knew there was a ala carte option. April 14, 2015
