Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, horrific service I booked a room in this hotel after my flight at DFW was cancelled (around 1am). After waiting for an hour and a half for a shuttle, I finally made it to the hotel around 2:45am, where I was told I would have to wait until morning to request a late checkout. Resigned, I went to my room, which was wonderfully clean, and went to sleep, only to be awakened a few hours later by the front desk calling to ask if I wanted a late checkout. When I did check out, I was waiting to take the shuttle back to DFW when I finally reached a representative with my airline (trying to locate my luggage). However, the call was terminated when the presumptuous shuttle driver approached me, ignored my request to be given space for a moment, and seized my bag from my shoulder, taking some of my hair with it. His rudeness forced me to wait a further 30-45 minutes to attempt to locate my luggage, and also completely spoiled any positive sentiment I may have felt towards the hotel staff. June 30, 2015

We realized on the way home that they had not charged us for the dinner in the hotel the night before. We had charged it to our room. We called the hotel and they had said not to worry about it that it was their fault it was not on our bill. We really wanted to pay for our dinner but the manager would not accept it.
