The only reason I rated the room so low was because it was the smallest room I've ever stayed in even for a standard room. So, the next time I'll ensure I get a suite. October 7, 2014

The air conditioning system worked well. It was not noisy when the thermostat would turn the AC unit on and off. I invite anyone to enjoy a stay in this hotel! September 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and only minor issues This was a Holiday Inn by all express means and the quality as such. The only problem I had was a foul odor coming from the air unit that kept me awake. I did not tell the staff about it because we got in the room after 2 am from being at Billy Bob's, and I just wanted to go to sleep. However when i reported the problem in the morning I was given a satisfactory response. They do have a shuttle but it only runs until midnight and those of us who like to close a place down at 2 am are just out of luck. Overall it was the quality I expected other than the odor. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. Outside appearance of hotel is good. Hotel is close to several entertainment areas. Front desk staff were excellent and check in a breeze. They offered us a ride to Stockyards which saved a taxi ride. Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Only thing about room was the AC unit. It was a tad noisy but nothing major. Did not use the restaurant but the lounge serves food. Note - try the chicken wings !!! Bar staff very helpful in giving list of things to do around Fort Worth. Check out easy - just place room keys in box by elevator in lobby and head on out. September 11, 2014

I truly appreciated the hospitality shown by the staff and my son had a lot of fun in the pool. I also loved having a cafe in the hotel for breakfast and dinner. However I really couldn't get the room to cool down to were I could get a good nights rest. Stayed pretty warm in there. The breakfast is OK. Buffet if you want or order from the menu. If you do choose the buffet they will also make you some fried eggs if you like. Nice place and will stay there again. September 5, 2014

Unfortunately, Holiday Inn is not a consistent brand, so it is a bit of a gamble to stay at their hotels. However, this particular hotel was excellent. It has great beds a quality well maintained facility and friendly staff. It was a bit overpriced, but otherwise it was excellent. August 29, 2014

Each time I passed the front desk they welcomed me or said have a nice day/evening. The best part was they never sounded like it was required. They actually sounded sincere. August 28, 2014

However I found the cost of the breakfast to be excessive and was forced to go elsewhere. There were no problems with the internet-I had a good connection everytime. It is easy to get to; right off 35W and close to a number of restaurants and at least one large shopping center. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly for business stay Positive: This hotel was a good experience for me and my family; courteous staff, nice and clean premises and rooms, and safe surroundings. Negative: I was surprised that this hotel did not offer breakfast with your room reservation, instead you have to purchase your own breakfast. The reason is because this is a Holiday Inn and not a Holiday Inn Express. I will take that in consideration next time I visit Fort Worth. We did not use the swimming pool but once, because it was way to warm, actually kind of hot. If I want warm/hot water, I will use the jacuzzi. Room staff should look at all the equipment in the rooms, as we found the refrigerator full of ice, which left less space to place our bottles and supplies. Definitely this is a great hotel for business people, unless you don't mind to spend additional money for breakfast. August 6, 2014
