Checked in Friday night, Saturday room did not get cleaned. Had to go to front desk that evening to get fresh towels. Then Sunday left for breakfast came back at 10;45-11:00 room was not cleaned. Sat in waiting area for almost two hours still no clean room. Went down to front desk about 1:00 and was told they were at lunch. By 1:00 pm rooms should be cleaned. Very disappointed experience at that location.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The restaurant connected to the hotel was good and the chef outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who has plans to be in the Fort Worth area.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk is excellent, especially Kristina, who consistently goes out of her way to make the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, this property is highly recommended.

Room was over bearing with air freshner - very strong smell in the room. There was this black spot on the floor in the bathroom and when I kick it, it spread across the floor with a red mark. Very disgusting! When I got ready to go to bed, there was a light red spot on the sheets. I.was totally messed up. I couldn't sleep and was ready for morning to check out!!!!
Overall; I should have switched rooms; but, it was already too late and I didn't feel like moving to be disappointed again.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Half used products, including a soap bar and hairpins were left in the bathroom. I'm not sure it was actually cleaned.

We are an IHG member of the Platinum Elite status. One of our membership benefits is to be automatically upgraded on our rooms at check in if available. When we checked in Carlos refused to upgrade us and kept saying that we booked a regular room so that is what we were getting. Then he refused to give us a rollaway. The room was very nice and comfortable. Not real big, but clean and nice. We did not eat at the restaurant.

Hotel is in a good location for what I am usually staying for. However, it used to be a lot nicer just a few years back when I first stayed. It seems some of the rooms are beat up a little bit and the bathrooms have cheap patch work for repairs. The carpets in the rooms could use a deep cleaning as well. The hotel staff is freindly and professional. A simple beer in the lobby is over $5 though; are we at the Cowboys game? Overall not too bad, but this property has declined a bit.

I like this hotel and its location. I have stayed here a few times. A year ago I had told the manager that they need to fix their TV's as the TV in my room was unwatchable. Two other individuals at the bar said the same thing. One year later I return and the TV issue has not been fixed. It is not a good thing when you want to relax in your room and not one channel is watchable. This would be a good hotel to stay at ...if the TV situaiton gets handled.

Sound for ABC HD channel has not worked for over 6 months or more with my visits since mid 2013. Picture but no sound. Unfortunately, it's one of my favorite channels.

After checking in...when we entered our room to check out our sleeping accommodations we found several long strands of hair in the tub, sink and behind the toilet. After notifying Carlos at the front desk he immediately moved us to another room and upgraded us to a suite...upon moving to the suite we also found long strands of hair on the comforters and again in the bathroom sink. We didn't feel like moving again so we just removed them ourselves. Before we checked out the following day the housekeeper walked in on me while I was in the restroom (her excuse was that she was told we had checked out). After learning of our issues at checkout...Christina took a percentage off of our stay. Overall, staff was great...beds were comfortable...and hotel was peaceful...however furniture was a bit scuffed and beat up.

I am an Platinum Elite IHG Rewards Club member and asked for a breakfast coupon and was denied ? which went to breakfast anyway
and noticed outher people were given a coupon. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and were given a coupon.

The hotel was quite full when we got there but the front desk manager, Kristina, took excellent care of us. She found us connecting rooms and helped me use my points to get the room. It was a long process due to having to call Holiday Inn offices, but she kept working on it so I could use my points for the rooms.
During breakfast the staff kept checking on us to make sure that we were doing well. We used the buffet, but the still brought our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted.
The rooms were clean. They are slightly outdated, but quite serviceable and roomy.

Traveling unexpectedly during the holidays, we choose this Holiday Inn for the indoor pool and proximity to our route. The staff was amazing, voluntarily put together stockings for our children to receive on Christmas Morning. The room was very clean, the facilities were all in excellent condition, every detail seemed to be kept with delicate care. Highly recommended!!

Room was not cleaned very well upon arrival to room. No hot water for the entire visit. Recommend that the hotel do a better walk thru of rooms and get things to working correctly. Not likely to return or even recommend.

We stayed in your hotel Thursday-Saturday nights of last week coming from Ca to Ft. Worth for my mothers funeral. I wanted to let you know that Christina went above and beyond in excellent customer service for me several different times. Particularly helping me to have all the family together in one hotel as some of your hotel were fully booked out. I appreciate her calmness, cheerfulness, efficiency and competency. Her professionalism mixed with human compassion made our stay so much more pleasant and helped smooth any complications that arose in our schedule or plans. You should know she is an excellent employee and represents your company well.

I think this was at one time an express but they wanted to add a bar so they switched to a holiday inn and had to sell food too. the breakfast buffet is 12.00 plus tax and gratuity (2.07) making it a 15.00 breakfast which would have been free if it were an express still. The first two nights the king bed pillows were small lumpy and flat. I spoke with the front desk and they said their new pillows had just come in and they were king size and queen size. She went on to say the order had only taken 6 months to receive. so with the pillow thing solved sleep wasnt an issue anymore. Breakfast is more affordable at the mcdonalds across the street

It's a nice hotel with easy access off of i35. Easy to get to with a few eating establishments close by. A little distance from downtown. Hotel isn't bad over all. Very nice conference rooms and staff.
Bar is so so, depends on the bartender and is a little pricier. Breakfast is pretty good.

I made my trip to Fortworth during the snow & ice storm 11/6-11/9. I was very impressed with the way the staff pulled together even spending overnight because other staffing couldn't get to work. Desk clerks were cleaning rooms, bartenders were bussing tables. All with a great attitude. The food was better than most restaurants I've been to & I might add I'm a chef myself & tender to critique food everywhere I go. (Sorry , just can't help it.) The rooms were very clean, the décor was classic, the beds were so comfortable they make you forget your not in your own bed at home. The only things I can count off for was desk clerk "Carlos" who had a bad attitude & very unfriendly & short. The vending machines were empty and we couldn't get out to get food. Had to wait until 5pm when the restaurant opened. And I would have liked more sand or something on the ice at the front door & walk ways in the parking lot. I will use this hotel again if I don't have to deal with Carlos.

This has to be one of the best Holiday Inn hotels I have ever stayed at. Besides it being a beautiful property the staff is really what made my stay worth while. Carlos and Ashley made my stay pleasant by helping me out with everything I needed. Kristina the Manager was also very professional.
The rooms were very clean and I enjoyed the full service restaurant and bar. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The subject was disappointing. At the bkfst buffet I did not discover that the eggs, bacon, and potatores were not warm at all.
They were cold.
The waiter had to be requested/reminded that we were in need of another cup of coffee.
The lights above the booth tables were not turned on until everyone had almost completed their breakfast.
The waiter and chef seemed indignant that I would complain.
So, Sunday morning breakfast buffet was rather unpleasant.
