Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and great staff The staff speaks English, which isn't easy to find in Fortaleza. The housekeepers do a good job. The breakfast is amazing. The security is tight, no visitors unless the register with front desk. Bed/bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel is very good, but expensive. The location is perfect, between the sophisticated part of town with shopping and nice restaurants and the clubs where all the action is! I stayed here during a 2 month business trip and the front desk personnel were very helpful in many ways. I would stay here again in a heart beat but I didn't get my reward points for my stay here, not sure why November 18, 2012

The room is very clean, beds are confortable, 32"LCD TV, minibar, wifi (surcharge) The restaurant at the lobby serves a great breakfast but during your stay I recommend you to have lunch/dinner out of the hotel ( there are too many places to go on a walk distance).
