I was so thankful for the front desk staff, especially Caroline and another female front desk clerk whose name I didn't get. They were both such a great help!! Also a special thanks to Carlos in the restaurant in putting up with my charades to communicate with him to freeze an icepack for me. Wish I would've had more time to enjoy the pool and fitness facilities, but so pleased to have enjoyed the beach just across the street. Thank you for a relaxing, fantastic stay in Fortaleza!! Pros: - Great room and fantastic view of the beach! - A really nice breakfast, and fantastic burguer in the dinner! - Good service, with a excelent staff! Cons: - Some issues with the frigobar(little bit dirt) - Doesn't replace the hand towel every day, in the first day I had 3 hand towel, and in the last day i only receive 1 hand towel.
