I travel a lot all over Europe & No. & So. America and I have not seen to many hotels that will charge a member of priority club level a fee that will go for 2 days, especially when I stayed 5 days. it should be charged first of all at the business center then for a priority member it should be part of his or her stay. when I needed to use my internet I had to go through the password and terms everytime...! I really did not like this at your hotel.
The mini bar was only filled once during my stay, and that was only because I had asked the cleaning lady. this should be filled every day.

Terrible hotel. Old and run down. Everything was terrible. service was terrible. And, on top of everything, they charged me for a breakfast I did not have (and I only saw it when submitting my expenses)

Hotel liegt in einem großen Waldgebiet in Nähe des Flughafens Frankfurt - trotzdem ruhig. Ansonsten insgesamt ein durchschnittliches HI-Hotel. Viele Fluggäste und Reisegruppen..

The hotel is located "at the airport." Great for overnight stay when you are traveling the next day. The shuttle service is a plus. Staff pleasant and helpful. They anticipate your needs. Well done.

This was the only night in a 2 week vacation that we were not comfortable and bored with the "starkness" of the hotel. The only good thing was the coffee in the morning in the lobby and the shuttle ride to the airport. Won't stay there again.

There was no dedicated check-in or check-out desk for Priority Club members. No free Internet in room which was tired and too warm. Food in restaurant was poor quality especially breakfast. Desk at check-out had 1 member of staff trying to cater for people leaving and arriving at 08:00 in the morning.

Hotel is difficult to access by public transport, and the internet services (outsourced) was really really poor. It was charged at 7euro per hour, by when I was hit by a virus (apparently there is no firewall) hotel claimed that it was due to 3rd party supplier, so I need to complain to them directly and nevertheless they will still charge the internet use expense.

I was very unhappy with our stay at this hotel, for the price paid to stay in a joint room, there was nothing offered, like shampoo, lotion and soap. We had nothing to take a shower with. The restaurant didn't have a good variety of dishes, we were tired and hungry and there is nothing in close distance to go walking and eat. The staff didn't know how to fill out a VAT form, but the online booking for the hotel says VAT accepted. This is why I say there were very incompetent. Very disappointed with the service. If these folks came for a visit at an American hotel they would get all the amenities and more for the price paid.
