Stayed at this property several times. Staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, convenient to Frankfurt airport, reliable airport shuttle. However, every time some little thing doesn't seem to work. Last time it was the telephone, this time the AC. Also, when asking for conditioner, which at most hotels in this category is complementary, was not available. Extra points for wonderful shuttle bus driver who was extremely helpful with all my luggage.

I arrived in the early morning after a 22hour flight and was allowed to check in and welcomed by a very friendly receptionist. The staff at the reception is outstanding, the rooms are good albeit a bit small and the bed comfort is excellent. Breakfast is great with a large variety of food and also the dinner menu had a nice selection of food. Whilst everything was great - as usual - the restaurant staff could be a bit friendlier. With some of the staff there you get the feeling they see guests more a nuisance than actual guests. But overall the stay was great and I will definitely come back.

Wir haben im Januar 2013 eine Tagung mit 250 Mitarbeitern in Frankfurt durchgeführt und im Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport North übernachtet. Alles war super, insbesondere die Flexibilität und Unterstützung der Hotelmitarbeiter bezüglich unserer Anforderungen und Sonderwünsche sind hervorzuheben.
Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Haus!

When I check in, I did with breakfast included. when check out I was charged the breakfast separately in addition to the room charges (which suppose to include breakfast), I was charged for breakfast twice. the lady at the reception was not welling to listen to my explanation, Also I had a plan to catch, so I had to pay the money????

I stay at this hotel about once every year on business. So far I've had a good experience every time. The property is a bit older, but it seems to be well kept. The location is in a wooded area, so my room has always been quiet. The staff has always been efficient. Shuttle to the airport is very convenient and only takes about 10-15 minutes.

Hotel is close to the airport, about 6 miles away. It is also close to the railroad which I could hear through the night. Internet is extra, even for Platinum members. Room is small. I preferred the other Holiday Inn in a town close by, even though it was in an industrial area and was a bit of a challenget o find. At least the rooms were a decent size and Internet was free. I would not stay here again.

This is great if you're catching a flight out of Frankfurt and not going anywhere else as this hotel is on a land by itself. Nothing is within walking distance.

I travel a lot all over Europe & No. & So. America and I have not seen to many hotels that will charge a member of priority club level a fee that will go for 2 days, especially when I stayed 5 days. it should be charged first of all at the business center then for a priority member it should be part of his or her stay. when I needed to use my internet I had to go through the password and terms everytime...! I really did not like this at your hotel.
The mini bar was only filled once during my stay, and that was only because I had asked the cleaning lady. this should be filled every day.

Terrible hotel. Old and run down. Everything was terrible. service was terrible. And, on top of everything, they charged me for a breakfast I did not have (and I only saw it when submitting my expenses)

Hotel liegt in einem großen Waldgebiet in Nähe des Flughafens Frankfurt - trotzdem ruhig. Ansonsten insgesamt ein durchschnittliches HI-Hotel. Viele Fluggäste und Reisegruppen..

The hotel is located "at the airport." Great for overnight stay when you are traveling the next day. The shuttle service is a plus. Staff pleasant and helpful. They anticipate your needs. Well done.

This was the only night in a 2 week vacation that we were not comfortable and bored with the "starkness" of the hotel. The only good thing was the coffee in the morning in the lobby and the shuttle ride to the airport. Won't stay there again.

There was no dedicated check-in or check-out desk for Priority Club members. No free Internet in room which was tired and too warm. Food in restaurant was poor quality especially breakfast. Desk at check-out had 1 member of staff trying to cater for people leaving and arriving at 08:00 in the morning.

Hotel is difficult to access by public transport, and the internet services (outsourced) was really really poor. It was charged at 7euro per hour, by when I was hit by a virus (apparently there is no firewall) hotel claimed that it was due to 3rd party supplier, so I need to complain to them directly and nevertheless they will still charge the internet use expense.

I was very unhappy with our stay at this hotel, for the price paid to stay in a joint room, there was nothing offered, like shampoo, lotion and soap. We had nothing to take a shower with. The restaurant didn't have a good variety of dishes, we were tired and hungry and there is nothing in close distance to go walking and eat. The staff didn't know how to fill out a VAT form, but the online booking for the hotel says VAT accepted. This is why I say there were very incompetent. Very disappointed with the service. If these folks came for a visit at an American hotel they would get all the amenities and more for the price paid.
