Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations except the lack of a guest elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, request a room on the ground floor. Other than this, you won't go wrong booking a room at this fine establishment.

Nice rooms, customer service requires work. Judging customers by the way they look will get you in trouble. Quality of food at the event attended required work too. Customer should have been given a chance to do a dry run on a sample plate. If the establishment did not know how to prepared requested dishes it should have been stated prior to the event. Nice area for the event.

We all liked our accommodations. Food for our reunion was just disappointing and not liked by any of us. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, but steer away from the totally lackluster, expensive food provided for our catering purposes. Kids and adults all were disappointed..

The staff help make this a great place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel needs an update as furniture looks dated, but everything was very clean and well kept.
I wish the staff could keep the little kids out of the hot tub. We were not able to use it despite the sign that was posted saying no children. I did not report this to the staff as I had limited time anyway.

I had to call in to customer service and make a complaint about the manager and things that were said to me by her. The complaint department contacted the manager and she gave me an apology that wasn't very believable. She comp one of the two rooms that I stayed in and then went on with an explanation about why she said what she said....it would have been better if she had left it with "I'm sorry". Not happy!
