Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not like the last time My last stay at this property was excellent, however, this time I was totally uneasy on night one. As I checked in with my daughter and going out and returning from dinner we walked back into a hallway inundated with the scent of Marijuana. I had to explain to my daughter the scent and as I entered my room I hoped the scent would remain in the hallway, but it crept into my room and my night very uneasy. When I called the front desk, i was told they'll send security, but never offered to be moved to another room upon the findings. When I made my reservations I requested the courtyard view, but was moved to the pool view and low and behold the noise lever was high because there was a pool party both nights. February 2, 2016

Rooms are starting to look a little outdated, but my room was clean, comfortable and safe. Ate breakfast there and was happy with the quality of the food. I'd definitely stay there again. The food at the bar was good and the only negative was my room was right outside the indoor pool, I could not be picky because the hotel was full booked. January 27, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A PRIORITY CLUB MEMBER 1. THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE MALE STAFF THE NIGHT WE CHECKED IN, WAS VERY WELCOMING. HE WAS BOTH POLITE AND COURTEOUS TO MY WIFE AND I. FOR THAT, WE SAY A HEARTY "THANK YOU". Aside from the comment above, the hotel's value is not, I repeat, NOT worth the charges, at all. a.) The hotel has no elevator. There was no way to lug our luggage up and down the stairs to and from our room on the second floor. We couldn't use a cart either because there is again, no way to push the cart up and down the stairs. The male staff referred to above, offered to help with our luggage. b.) The meals were exorbitant. Outrageously exorbitant. The contents and menu items are way, way less than one would get as complimentary at a Holiday Inn Express. c.) The Wi-Fi connection was atrocious.
