From the ripples in the carpet along the hallways, to the stains in the rooms, to the 30 yr old bathtub, to the meat broth they call a jacuzzi. Skip the breakfast buffet. It's inedible. No pancakes or waffles for kids, runny scrambled eggs that leave an unappealing film on your tongue, almost cooked bacon, no toast, no toaster, no pastries or muffins of any kind. Grossly dirty room - you think of it and it was dirty - looked like housekeeping had not touched many things for years. Toilet barely worked. Lobby and other areas look worn out. Manager came and surveyed my findings with me and told me that the GM will call me - he never did till late afternoon - I posted this review after being amazed that he did not make it a priority to reach out to me. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, but outdated hotel This hotel needs an update.. Please start with bed sheets and towels. The tub area needs to be totally replaced. After the above are done, please replace or clean ceiling tiles. (room 115 has 3 stains on the ceiling and one looks like a small electrical fire around the smoke detector). Then start on the carpet in the lobby and rooms. The staff in this hotel are very customer focused and friendly. I love the location. But won't be staying again until after the hotel is updated.
