Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, poor front desk service and restaurant I am a Platinum Elite IHG member. About two hours after my wife and I checked in, two hotel guests were trying to get into our room. I opened the door to say the room was occupied. About 10 minutes later, the front desk called and interrogated me on the phone, I was asked to provide all kinds of personal information and was then asked how I got a key to the room. This happened about 30 minutes after we just had a very poor meal in the restaurant. I see from my account that the Hotel decided to withhold my 500 bonus points. There are a lot of other hotel options in the area. We will be staying somewhere else during our next visit. November 23, 2014

I feel more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. I ate in the restaurant and it was great with super friendly and fast service. I am so impressed by the property and staff that I am hosting a business event there next month for 20 clients in one of their event rooms. I can't say enough good things about the staff, they are truly out of this world!!! November 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Professional Staff I arrived at hotel to see a very unique exterior styling much like the other buildings in an obviously upscale area. I was greeted by Nicole in Reception. She upgraded us to a larger suite to accommodate our families needs with an infant. They also delivered a baby crib to our room. We dined in the restaurant for dinner at hotel. The wait staff was courteous and friendly. I witnessed the wait staff and night management handle a situation very professionally where a large group of hotel guests ordered food then failed to show up for dinner at the restaurant and went out to eat without notifying staff. The kitchen and restaurant staff was very professional regardless. In the morning I met Adam, General Manager and Andy, Director of Sales in the restaurant. I simply wanted coffee and information. They were so helpful and courteous I decided to order breakfast room service for my family. Truly they are humble men to act as servants when they have such high positions of stature. Adam offered me a late checkout of 2:00pm for my family vacation. I inquiring to some of his staff their thoughts of Adam. Quite frankly they have such high praise of him, he IS what all Managers should aspire to be. My compliments here are my true experiences and what I really feel in my heart. I stay in Hotels at least 200 days a year for work and these guys are top notch service compared to anyone else. Thank You. November 22, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Expect normal service - forget it If you expect a coffee maker and to have coffee replenished when used or a desk chair you can actually sit in without being on the floor book somewhere else. What is easy to do and should be routine is lacking and housekeeping is sloppy. When I book a property for leisure I do not expect to have to go begging for coffee makers and coffee and towels. The bed is comfortable, pillows are a bit too much. Things are taken care of but why should I have to wait and wait for things that should be in the room. November 20, 2014
