Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not our best experience We have stayed in numerous Holiday Inns over the years but never this one. I doubt we will stay again. The room was hot and the air conditioner did not work so we left the window open. The problem with that was the freeway noise. Room was older and dark. Comfortable bed. We paid extra for our dog and were told under no circumstances could the dog be left in the room unattended. We travel with a small soft sided kennel for our six pound deaf dog. Where should we put her when we go to eat? Not our best experience with Holiday Inn..... August 2, 2013

The receptionist (unfortunately I didn't get her name), recognised our need, gave us water, and phoned the bar to ensure that we would be served. In the bar, Chuck pulled out all the stops, getting us drinks and then rusting up food, even though the food serving hours had passed. The rooms were perfect, and breakfast set us up for the next days' travelling. Well done to all at Summit County August 1, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Frisco's best kept seceret Room was of expected HI quality. I rented a Balcony room. Thought it was nice to look at the mountains while reading, but the parking lot is also in the viiew as well as a couple of condo's. Still very relaxing. The big surprise was when I walked about 200 feet from the back parking lot, there was a paved path to Dillon Lake Wetlands. This was a truely beautiful walk all the way to the Marina. The sun was setting when I headed back to the Hotel where I sat on the Balcony of my room and watched as the Sky turned Blue and Orange. It made my day. July 29, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overbooked and Wrong Room Number Reserved room with king bed for two nights online. Arrived at hotel only to be told that the hotel was overbooked and there were no king rooms left. After conveying my displeasure to the front desk attendant he finally agreed to give me a king room. He accomplished this by switching someone else's reservation that had not arrived yet therefore setting himself up for another dissatisfied customer. I loaded all of my luggage on to a luggage cart and arrived at my hotel room door only to find that someone was already in the room that was supposedly given to me. I pushed my luggage cart all the way down to the front desk to convey my frustration. I was informed that I was given the wrong room number. I was given another room number and was finally able to settle in and relax. I have never had so much trouble with a hotel that I have made reservation with. This situation will make me seriously consider whether to stay at another Holiday Inn. July 27, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No air conditioning My wife and I have stayed at this property on a few occasions. It's older and it shows, but being loyal Holiday Inn customers, we have used it with our points each time. It's located in a beautiful Mountain community that we love to visit, but if I had other choices I would choose them. On this particular visit, we found late in the evening that our air conditioner wasn't working. Rather than calling maintanance up late, we decided to deal with it and just leave the window open. But this didn't allow much relief. On checkout the next morning, I advised the clerk that I was very disappointed in our stay. She was apologetic and said she would have the General manager call me to discuss. This was nearly a week ago, as as of yet, I've not heard anything from the hotel manager, which just leads me to believe that they don't care so much about customer service. I've always enjoyed their registration staff in the past, but I'm not sure that we'll ever stay at this property again. A lot of work needs to be done to update this property as well. July 25, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great choice in this area Desk staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful at check-in and during our short stay. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Getting to/from elevators and lobby, pool or restaurant is a bit of a maze. There are signs if you pay attention but it can be a bit disorienting. Overall we had a pleasant, relaxing visit. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, they made our stay and we will stay again because of them. Super nice helpful staff. We got there after a long drive, a lot of traffic, and rain. We needed to relax and wanted to go somewhere fun and with great food and drinks. My son needed to Carb Load as he was running in the race up at Leadville, and the staff told us where to go, and it was everything and more of what they said. The rooms were awesome and so comfortable. We will be back for sure. Thanks again. July 6, 2013

Offered to keep our bikes overnight in their secure storage room, which was great. Also, we were able to check out late (we're priority members) thus allowing us to shower after the race before heading back to the front range. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Location featured easy hiway access. All-in-all, nice place for our purposes. We'll stay again next year. July 4, 2013

We were forced to find a Hotel and chose the Holiday Inn because I am a Platinum Rewards member and it did have 4 star reviews. When we checked in the girl was very pleasant. We travel with a small dog so we expect to get the "pet rooms". We also expect to pay a pet cleaning charge which we did. After we checked in, we put on our bathing suite for a relaxing swim. When we got to the pool, the sign on the door said OUT OF ORDER. Our room was just beside an outside entrance door without any closer so every time someone went through the door, it slammed. This continued until late in the evening. The room was not clean and stunk so bad we couldn't sleep. We got blankets from our car to cover the pillows so we could lay our heads on them. The floor was disgusting. The TV signal was lost for a few hours as well. The restaurant food was good. The TV's were also out when we ate so the Sports theme went out the window. We checked out and booked into another hotel for the remainder of the week. Will not go back to this hotel. July 2, 2013

We could not get out of this place fast enough. I asked that the manager call me and I never received a call. I also wrote corporate and they never responded either. Please go some place else. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Amenities = Fail Clean, styish, comfortable room. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping coffee stocked and the room fresh and ready to go. Air Conditioner seemed to have a mind of its own and wouldn't cool the room properly 5:00am Saturday morning trip to the 'store' for Tylenol meant a good 15 minute wait for the night clerk to come out #yawning and he didn't seem too happy to be bothered#. I was looking for paper to write a note when he finally popped out from the closed office. On Saturday afternoon, we tried the pool and hot tub which were both so cold it was painful to be in the water. The hot tub was in serious need of cleaning as after just sitting with legs over the edge, I had to pick off long dark strands of human hair that had wrapped around my calves. Used the business center to print my boarding pass and while the computer stated the printing was complete, there was no printer in the center. Front desk attendant stated "it broke and we haven't bought a new one yet" Restaurant on Friday night was mediocre at best, with slow service. June 24, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great Rooms Bad Restaurant The rooms are nice and clean. If you ask for a room with a view make sure it is not right next to the stairway, my mistake. The beds are very comfortable, and it was a great value. Do not eat at the Sporting News Grill. The wait staff was horrible. You can drive to Denver and eat and Drive back to Frisco by the time you would get done there. A friend of mine we were eating with asked for something that was on the menu. The waitress said "We don't do that". We had to show her the menu. She then said "Oh that is a new menu. I have not read it yet". Every time we needed something like a refill on water we had to get their attention. The table next to us had to take their coffee pot back to the kitchen to get filled. Very poor service. The Hotel staff on the other hand was Great. June 21, 2013

The staff was very helpful in helping me with changing my reservations from my GJ hotel to there's until the pass was open the next morning. I will be booking my next ski trip to Breckenridge and will be staying at Holiday I nn Frisco. April 30, 2013
