Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff This was a business trip to the Frisco, CO area, my stay was 7 days. The hotel staff was wonderful, everyone treated myself and my business colleague with respect and friendly service. The plumbing in the bathroom worked well, great water pressure. I am a Platinium member and have stayed in Holiday Inn properties over 70 nights this year. I have never written a negative review but this property has some issues. Here is a list of my complaints: Breakfast was a disappointment, the cook was always late, and the coffee was terrible. We stopped having breakfast at the hotel and ate in a local restaurant. The server was not at fault, I was very pleased with his service. The hotel room was worn, and the bed uncomfortable. The power outlets were worn and my computer power cord kept falling out. The housekeeping service was minimal, there were no hangers for my clothing and the housekeeper did not replace the laundry service bag and form for laundry service. The ice machines on the second and fourth floors were not working. Trash was left in the hallways for days at a time. The hotel primarliy serves skiers but they were noisy. A good note was that the hotel bar and evening restaurant staff were fantastic. Jacob and John knew us by our first names and took good care of us. I would return to this hotel, because it is the nearest IHG property to where we had to be for our business trip. I hope the francise owners continue invest in this property to improve it. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best I travel a lot for work (CO, WY, MT, SD, ND, UT), and almost exclusively stay at Holiday Inn hotels for points and the fact they are usually decent places. This particular hotel is not my favorite. The two folks they had working behind the counter were unprofessional and seemed too cool for school (forgot to give me a breakfast coupon, didn't let me know that they were giving me bonus points, didn't greet me when I came in the door. etc). The room was tiny and didn't block hall noise. Some of the guests were very loud, at one point yelling down the hallway, just yelling to make noise, not communicate. I heard a guest complain to the two front desk ski bros/bras, and it didn't elicit any type of appropriate response. On a positive note, the hotel manager greeted people during breakfast, and he seemed very professional and pleasant. But, I will still look for a different hotel in the area next time.
