Staff is spot on! Clean hotel nice bar scene great sushi bar is across the street Manu. Many college students in the area so it a fun envi.

Planned for this to be a place for the bride and bridesmaids to get together the night before the wedding. Ended up being a pain in my rear end because the staff was too lazy to accommodate. I made reservation for my wife a week before and gave clear instruction that I would not be the one checking in, I could if I needed to, but was assured that it would not be necessary and my wife would be allowed to check in if given her name and a phone number to reach me if they had any problems. I did this, the night before this was to take place I called again to verify that this was still the case, the staff assured me her name was on the ledger and that she would be allowed to check in. The night before the wedding the staff member would not let her check in, charged her an addition 150 dollars and would not allow my wife to hand them the phone so I can assure them this was ok. She checked in because it was late and took the extra 150 dollar hold on her account and when I came the next day on my wedding night the staff was rude and unaccommodating. I needed more towels and they told me they had no more.... literally to my face told me that they had no more towels, they were full up and they couldn't get me new towels. I will never visit this location again and if I have to stay at another location I will only do it for a night before finding a different hotel. I'd rather sleep in my car.

I have stayed 2-3 nights/week at this hotel for the past few weeks. It has been a consistent delight. The hotel staff are friendly, the King Jacuzzi suites with refrigerators are awesome, the happy hour & breakfast buffet are enjoyable and the pool, workout room, lobby, 'sweet shop,' business center and parking are all nice and add to a stress free stay! The location right off the freeway is very convenient, close to a major mall, a variety of restaurants and well-known cultural attractions. For all of that, and especially when considering the price, the value of this place can't be beat!

modern and upscale facilities....comfortable beds....they could have given us some more towels considering there is a JACUZZI in the room! The breakfast buffet was good but it could have been better stocked or checked on but the waitress and the bus girl were very attentive. The rooms were clean and they are remodeled nicely. Rooms have a jacuzzi tub and the walls are very thick :) Parking is kind of odd and weird to figure out....the freeway is right there but with the soundproof walls you do not hear any noise....

This Holiday Inn is just lovely, and always clean and comfortable. My last stay did have one or two unfortunate incidents, which would not have been a big deal at all had it not been a very late night for us.
We called late that evening for a reservation in a king Jacuzzi suite, and asked if we could have a later check-out time the following morning. The woman on the phone said that we could check out at 1 p.m. We got to the room, settled in, and had a shower. My husband went to the store, and I tried to run a bath while he was gone. The hot water came out only in a fine trickle. The gentleman at the front desk told me we could switch rooms, but that he wouldn't be able to help me do it because he was the only one at the desk. I had to re-pack and haul my and my husbands luggage to another floor by myself at almost 12 a.m. That's obviously not the front desk guy's fault, but one would think they would maintain their Jacuzzis a little better.
The next day the maid showed up at our door at noon and told us we were supposed to be gone. We told her our check out time had been extended. Shortly thereafter we got a phone call from the front desk to inform us that the maid said we were extending our stay. We told them of the conversation we had regarding check-out time when we made the reservation the previous evening, and he said "oh, ok." The check-out time change had been put in our notes, but no one had bothered to check them or communicate them to the rest of the staff. They were very apologetic about these inconveniences.

The staff at this Hotel need training in customer service. I never once heard I am sorry for this inconvenience. The clerks at the front desk just suggested we find another hotel. They did not make an effort to get my party to stay another night. I needed a room with a tub. Most employees would check to see if a room with a tub would be available on the next day. That I guess was too much trouble.

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations here. It's in a very accessible area, with plenty of eating options close. The breakfast buffet didn't offer much, but I loved the omelet I ordered off the menu. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Perfect in every way with two exceptions. Can't open windows for fresh air. It's sad to be in L.A. and not be able to enjoy some fresh air especially at night while sleeping (may be it was only my room, I didn't check the rest). Additionally the excitement of having your own private Jacuzzi in the middle of your room is soon dampened by the mildew smell it emits and with no fresh air it does get to you after a while.
For guests with cars, there is some parking spaces around the front of the hotel which they charge you 2.5 dollars per night for, but it does gets pretty crowded at night and even though there are ample parking around the hotel belonging to other establishments but it's off limit and they make sure you know that with all the signs posted there.
The staff were super friendly and cordial. All in all, I stayed there for three night and I wish I could stay longer. I highly recommend this place.

I've stayed here twice while visiting Fullerton on business and was pleased with both visits! The staff at this hotel are second to none. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is private, the location is fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fullerton/Anaheim area!

We were on the 5th floor, with the walls and floor bucking and rocking during the recent 5.1 earthquake, and I highly recommend this VERY SAFE hotel!
Other hotels were evacuated, and those people were brought to our hotel, following the quake. This building is newer and very safe. All the usual stuff was fine: clean room and bathroom, comfortable, etc. -- in a good area, convenient to CSUF and other sites.
We were just very grateful to be in a good, safe hotel during a fairly strong quake. I've been in bigger quakes before, but not so close to the epicenter. It was a relief to be in this building, which was obviously built very well!

This is a very comfortable hotel; we stayed five nights. It was a little pricier than we usually pay, but so very nice. It was clean, quiet (we were right by the elevators, but never heard other guests coming and going or that bothersome elevator sound), and very comfortable. The staff was pleasant as well. The in-room jacuzzi was wasted on us, but the shower was very nice, not a low-flow waste of time, with soft, large towels. I thought I had reserved a two-bed room, but it turned out to be one king bed with a hide-a-bed, which isn't anymore comfortable to sleep on even if you just sleep on the couch. But that was my error. We located the pool but never had the opportunity to use it; it is only about three feet deep, though, so more for laps maybe or just cooling off a bit. But, overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would probably stay again if my travels warrant it. One thing I'm not thrilled with is the parking fee the SoCal hotels are now charging, but this is not the only hotel that charges to park and their daily rates are reasonable compared with others. If you stay, check out the silhouette of the building. I noticed it after the first night and it gave me a smile.

The first time we stayed here it was awesome. However, are most recent stay the front desk service was slow. The receptionist obviously recognized that I had been waiting so she indicated that I would get to park for free...of course when I received my receipt the next morning I was charged for parking. We rented the king suite but apparently it was a handicap room with a shower were the water trickled rather than flowed.
All in all the experience was okay but when I pay 170 dollars for a night away from the kiddos with the wife I prefer things to be a bit more smooth.

We stayed 2 nights using priority points and money combined. The 3rd night we paid for but the room that we were in was not available (due to the hotel being sold out) so we were going to have to transfer to another room. The morning that the transfer was going to happen, we asked Char (front desk associate) if there had been any cancellations so we could stay in the same room. She looked to see and unfortunately there wasn't any. We were going to have breakfast in the lounge (which was excellent) and while we were eating, Char came to our table to inform us that there was a cancellation and that we would not have to change rooms after all. She even took my information from me so all I would have to do is sign and get my new keys when we were done with breakfast. This was a great experience and shows that the staff cares about their guests. Thank You Char...

We can't use condition at all time cause it was very noise.
The room was wet air.
On the floor smelled bad
The bathroom would fall off the hanger
The excellent sound insulation on 5 flour
Hotel requires equipment overhaul.
Close to Hotel the Dennys where I do not recommend having
15 minutes from Disneyland and excelent staff.

We had 4 individual rooms and all of us were very comforable. Hotel was very accommadating and our check-in staff was very nice and helpful.
The only thing I was concerned about was in the shower. Would have liked a handle bar on the wall for safety. Otherwise all went well. Thanks.
