Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Love the hotel and front desk staff bur restaurant dirty We enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable nice and clean. Breakfast was included which was a plus. The restaurant however was very dirty during breakfast. We were in a hurry and had to be at a conference so did just cleaned the table ourselves and made do. Looked like all the tables had beeno used and no one had cleaned them. Crumbs and food all over the tables and food and liquids spilled all on the paper place mats. February 10, 2016

The location is very good but my associate stayed further down the road at a competitor's hotel and I wish I had made the same choice. I do not recommend this hotel February 8, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by location ok this was my second stay at this location ,at check in staff tried to put me in a room type that I had not booked ,queen double not the king that I booked, then they wanted me to let other customers go ahead of me while they tried to fix their mistakes , I had two rooms for this visit, the first visit same thing I just let it go I had my con # and type of room , first time that this has happened at any IHG sites February 1, 2016

Breakfast was super bland and the milk was not adequately kept cold. Was a nice place to sleep, but wouldn't recommend it if you'll be spending much time in the hotel. January 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value and location This hotel has been renovated and updated to to give a very comfortable stay. The beds, TV's and furniture are very nice. The rooms now have a mini-frig and microwave which is not listed on their web page. The Wifi works good. The heat/ac units and toilets could use some attention. The restaurant gives an excellent breakfast, but is not open for lunch and the dinner food did not seem to be fresh. The bar has irregular hours, but looks inviting. Over all we enjoyed out stay, especially the nice breakfast and we got a good nights sleep. We will definitely consider staying here again when we are back in the Gainesville, GA area.
