Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Find Another Hotel I sent the below email to the hotel manager on Feb. 6th following my stay on the night of Feb. 4th. To date I have not heard back any response from anyone at the hotel. Hello Mr. Scarbrough, I want you to be aware of my experience I had in your hotel this past week. I arrive on Thursday evening February 4th and checked-in and was given room 114. After moving all my luggage into the room, I began to change clothes to go out to eat. I walk over to the heater to turn the heat on I was in my stocking feet and found the rug to be soaked. I also began to notice a musty smell. I then pulled the curtains back to find the rug against the wall and door to be what appeared to be black mold or to the least rotten carpet. The carpet was soaked ten feet into the room from the pool side door. I called the front desk several time to tell them I needed a new room but could not get anyone to answer the phone. I walked up to the front desk to find the staff out in the hall way near the bar area having a conversation. I waited up front for a couple minutes before the receptionist came back up front. I told her the situation and she stated her apologies and told me she was upgrading me to a superior king room. I was moved to room 124 (the exact type room I had just moved departed). I was not attempting to get an upgrade; however, she should not have said I was getting an upgrade if in fact it was the exact type room. Nevertheless, the room was satisfactory for the evening. On Friday morning I went to the restaurant for breakfast at approx. 8:15am. I was not greeted by any staff and sat myself at an empty table. I waited several minutes but no staff came by to ask if I want any coffee. I finally got up and walk into the back area walked past a couple of staff standing and talking and fixed my own cup of coffee neither one addressed me. One had a plate of food and walked off into the reception area. I had to get my own silverware only to find out there was no bacon or sausage, the remains of the eggs were dried up, no gravy and potatoes were sparse and did not look appetizing. At no time did a staff person approach me nor was there one to be seen. After sitting and drinking my coffee I got up to leave, at this time a couple of staff were walking back into the dining area. I have stayed at this hotel for years and have never experienced the poor customer service and the hotel in such condition. I regret to inform you neither I nor any of my staff will return to your hotel nor will I make any recommendation to others to stay at this hotel. February 10, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Love the hotel and front desk staff bur restaurant dirty We enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable nice and clean. Breakfast was included which was a plus. The restaurant however was very dirty during breakfast. We were in a hurry and had to be at a conference so did just cleaned the table ourselves and made do. Looked like all the tables had beeno used and no one had cleaned them. Crumbs and food all over the tables and food and liquids spilled all on the paper place mats. February 10, 2016

The location is very good but my associate stayed further down the road at a competitor's hotel and I wish I had made the same choice. I do not recommend this hotel February 8, 2016
