This hotel is clean and comfortable with minifridge and microwave, indoor pool warm enough to swim in winter, and friendly, responsive staff. This absolutely is my hotel of choice to stay in in this area. For anyone sensitive to fragrance; this hotel has less fragrance in rooms and hallways than any place I have stayed over the past 3-4 years.

I enjoy staying at the Gaithersburg Holiday Inn so very much, as the staff knows clients by name when you walk thru the door. They respond immediately to requests. Everyone, from excellent front desk staff and management to Room Service, is attentive and cares. It is a reflection on this hotel management that there does not seem to be turnover. It appears management also makes this a very good place to be employed.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful always. The room was very large and comfortable. It was kept clean and fresh. Would have liked more discount for a long stay but the value was not too bad. Loved it!

Traveling on business was made easy by the staff at the Holiday Inn; booking in minutes, staff quick response and clam clean environment. There is room to improve and I'm confident that management will address.
