I had to stay in a hotel overnight to avoid driving in the hazardous conditions. My wife booked the room online and I was able to check in quick without any issues. Loved the cleanliness and the quality of the room. Will definitely book next hotel at Holiday Inn.
Cons: Cost was a bit pricey but worth it.

OVerall, a decent stay. The air conditioning system struggled to maintain a confomratble temperature and in so doing, created a lot of ambient noise

The room was spacious and well laid out, the staff was extremely helpful, and the entire stay was very relaxing and enabled me to get a great deal of work done.
The only thing that I could find fault with was the internet. It was free, but it hardly mattered. You can connect easily enough, but it never stayed connected and even when it was connected it was sluggish.

I called to inform the staff that I would be checking in late on the night of my reservation. I was told that I did not have a reservation and that it must have been cancelled. I provided a confirmation number but the staff was unable to find any information on my reservation. The hotel did find another room for me which was great until I got a phone call the first night of my stay with information that the room was in another persons name (same last name as mine). When I checked out the bill was in the wrong name with wrong address and rewards number but had my credit card information. I am extremely concerned about the multiple mistakes made on my account including my credit card number on an account without my name. I contacted the rewards department to find out about earned points only to find out that this stay did not qualify for points. After everything that I went through including loss in confidence of the hotel management and staff the least they could do is award me the points for staying in their unorganized hotel.

Rooms are clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. We have stayed here twice and both times we were very satisified.
