Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad food The first night of our stay we decided to eat at the hotel, what a mistake. At about 7pm, one would think the staff on hand would not just rely on the bar tender to also be the only restaurant staff too. The food while it was hot, it was very disappointing. We had inquired as to what the most popular items on the menu were and ordered as such. The next day at breakfast the food was also very disappointing, the gravy for the biscuits was tasting more like wall paper paste than gravy. The eggs seemed to be prepared by microwave oven rather than by skillet. Although an IHG member, we will not be eating at another property anytime in the future. They have invested lots of money into renovations, but the quality of the food and preparation of the food has NOT seen a penny of the renovation budget. November 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bed was extremely cxomfortable Overall, the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the bar staff and restaurant staff were very efficient. The only issue was that the room was not completely cleaned. The beds were made, but that was all. The wet towels were still on floor of bathroom and the wastebasket was not not emptied. We requested clean towels, but when they were delivered, they were all bathmats and no towels. However, when we stopped at front desk and requested towels, we received them promptly. November 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Paint colors and Decor I loves the hotel, but the interior rom paint colors were a bit too much and the decor seemed like it was just throw consistency. The paint colors made me feel like I was in a cheap motel. There were areas of unused space that made it appeared like it was having a makeover. Just needs a fresh look, rather than artsy. But some others did like it. I would stay again, really love Holiday Inn. The beds...awesome!! November 12, 2015

If you are going to offer laundry service MAKE SURE THE MACHINES ARE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. The ice machine was down more than it worked if your maintenance crew can not fix the problem then call in outside contractor. November 11, 2015
