Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff!! Professional and couteous! I am so thankful to the staff and IHG for accommodating me during a difficult time. Understanding my circumstance, they worked diligently to provide a room for me even though the hotel was full for the night. When a cancellation they were prompt in contacting me and making arrangements for me. The entire staff was warm, caring and willing to assist in any way possible. Thank you IHG staff for all you do, and I look forward to visiting with you on my next stay. RJSpencer February 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room decoration (Introductory note: During this trip we stayed at three separate Holiday Inn properties: 2 in Dallas and one in Lafayette LA. The following info applied to all three) The rooms were altogether comfortable and clean and well appointed..... except that without exception the lighting was insufficient. If you were quite close to one of the fixtures, you could read something comfortably. But if you were more than five feet away from the fixtures (which probably equates to 90% of the suite's square footage) the lighting was more "dim" than "adequate". I was amazed that there was a nice easy chair in one corner of the room, but the nearest two fixtures were each more than ten feet away. "Overall light level" was a consistent insuffiency, and will be remembered in future lodging choices. February 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed our overall stay The staff was friendly and willing to help. Each one of them went out their way to ensure our visit was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the overall room was clean. The only issue we had was with the bathtub drain not working properly. We didn't bring this up to the holiday staff because we were rushing to leave the hotel to get to our destination. I'm sure they would have addressed it if we would have informed them. My only thought was house keeping should have noticed the issue to have it addressed. Despite this issue we would stay at Holiday Inn again. February 3, 2016

Am and pm front desk clerks , the three A's plus hispanic girl, all, are deserving of a raise. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 good hotel I rented 2 rooms for a birthday party for my 14 year old twin boys and we had a great time. The rooms were bigger than expected and had more amenities than we thought. The boys swam and lobed the indoor pool and the spa. Thanks for a great party. January 25, 2016
