Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by poor signage On arrival at this hotel, on my own in the car and in the dark, I was unable to see the sign for the car park, the sign being small and unlit. Having driven round the driveway three times, I abandoned my car and went in to ask. Was told where to park and that I could come back in through the back door to save walking round. On parking, I couldnt find the back door as there was no sign, so had to walk all the way round with my luggage. I then checked in and asked for the wifi code, apparently this is only available to IHG members, I am a member but did not have my card. It seems this cant be checked on the system so I would have to pay for wifi. Another guest suggested to me that I re-join so I did that and got free wifi! On returning to collect my car, I could not get out of the car park, so had to park and go back in and ask. I had been told I did not need to leave my keys, so saw no reason to go to the desk on my return as I had a car park ticket. It seems you need a code to get out if you are long stay parking. A nice hotel spoilt by lack of information, I would stay here again because I now know these things but good luck to people on their first visit. December 17, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Parking facilities It is a great location to the Airport, however if you arrive late at night the car park is poorly lit and it is hard to fins spaces. The bar was busy and the food was slow to arrive. December 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great night's stay Upon arrival we were upgraded to an Executive Room as a Gold Member. The receptionist was very polite and efficient and this is the fastest check in I have known. The room was well appointed with comfy seating and a comfy bed with choice of pillows. Bathroom was a good size and had ample soaps/gels etc. We had dinner that night and again could not fault the service or food. Breakfast was the usual good variety of continental and full English with the addition of making your own pancakes. All in all it was a most enjoyable stay and we are looking forward to staying there again later this month. December 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very enjoyable stay The staff at this hotel are really friendly and make you feel at home. The reception and restaurant staff are particularly pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for the airport, particularly the fact that you can get your tickets for the shuttle from hotel reception rather than having to pay on board. I did have a couple of problems, but they were corrected swiftly and without demur. December 10, 2014
