Easy to get to and parking on site is very efficient. We always use Holiday Inn for park and go package,excellent value money. No question we'll be back!!! May 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gatwick pre flight stop over Stayed overnight in readiness for an early flight. Room was clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Takes a lot of the stress out of travelling with the shuttle bus service running very frequently. Would recomend as this was a return visit and on both occaisions all of my needs were met. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday parking plus hotel great value My partner and I stay at this hotel every time we fly from Gatwick. We have always found the service to be highly efficient and great value for money. The breakfast is lovely and the hotel very peaceful with an airport transfer to the airport directly outside the reception door - you don't get better service that than! We usually stay for one night with breakfast and 15 days parking - the hotel even helped us start our car when we returned from our holiday to a flat car battery. Thanks Holiday Inn Gatwick team! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great for staying before flying Have stayed in this hotel several times before flying out of Gatwick, The check in service is quick and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and clean and a good meal can be had. We leave our Car in the hotels car park so once we arrive we are free to relax and unwind and its a perfect way to start our holiday. The only downside is the airport shuttle bus, if you are disabled its not for you as you have to get your own luggage aboard and might not get a seat plus the walk at the terminal is horrendous now its all been altered. So best to book a taxi which the hotel does offer and is what we will do the next time. May 17, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Chaos Overall I have no complaints, but your pricing policy for breakfast is chaotic. Online, one may book breakfast for two people for £16. There was no facility for booking a single breakfast online. In the restaurant I was charged £15.95 for one breakfast. Later, I discovered that I could have booked it at reception for £11.95.
