We used to go to other hotels, but since we found the Holiday Inn with the 8 or 15 day on-site parking, we always now choose it, and Priority club discounts are very welcome. September 21, 2012

She greeted us warmly, graciously took care of all our questions, right down to printing our boarding pass. Her performance was outstanding! When merchandize was delivered for me it was very well taken care of by the desk staff and delivered to my room. Also, because of late return flight on the day of departure, I was always offered to occupy my room for some additional hours without extra charge September 20, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Drop Off/Pick Up Points Although we were satisfied with our recent stay at this hotel, we shall not be staying again. The coaches are now obliged, by the airport authorities I presume, to drop off/pick up passengers some 1,000 yards from the terminal entrance! This is not funny when one is being dropped off/collected at some unGodly hour of the day and dragging heavy luggage. Granted, this is not the hotel's fault, but it IS their fault that they don't advise people when booking! Beware everyone - unless you have trained for the London Marathon! September 19, 2012

They offered my friends a free car parking space as a gesture of goodwill. I was being recognised as Platinum member which doesn't happen often at other places. I had stayed here in the past & mid age lady at the front desk checked us in was superb. I did not get my upgrade!! but she convinced me well!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for early morning flights and airport parking I booked the hotel as we were flying out at a very early hour the next day and travelling with 2 children. Wasn't expecting anything too flash and hotel exceeded my expectations. All staff were friendly and helpful and bus was on time and we got to the airport easily. Upon return car was in car park and easy to pick up and drive home.Will use again if needed. No complaints. August 21, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay before holiday We arrived after 5pm for a 1 night stay with 8 days parking, the night before we went on holiday. Check in was very quick and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a tea and coffee tray, but a couple of biscuits would have been nice! We ate in the Traders restaurant - the service was very good and the food was great. Check out was just as simple, and leaving the car was an easy process. On our return after our holiday, the car collection process was quick. Would highly recommend. July 15, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clean comfortanble rooms When we arrived we were greeted courteously by the staff and with a smile. The rooms were simply furnished, clean and tidy. It was a little noisy at times when people were coming and going but overall good experience. Would stay again. July 14, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by airport getaway This is a difficult hotel to find - location signs are few and far between. Once there check in was so smooth and staff very helpful. Everything explained and reservations made for eating that evening. Great choice on the menu and excellent food. Hotel has a large pub type atmosphere and large tvs blaring so not ideal for eveyone - but you can eat at the tables away from them and still be inside. Great shuttle bus to the airport - very frequent. Safe parking. July 11, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not altogether good We stayed at this hotel on the night before our flight out and again on the night that we returned from holiday. The first evening was fine but as w had to get the bus to the airport at 4am we didn't spend too long in the room. For the room that we had on the second evening I have to start with the bed. I have never had a more uncomfortable experience in my life. I am not sure what size it was supposed to be but it was only suitable for 1 1/2 adults at the most. We spent the whole night trying to get comfortable and at least twice I decided to try and sleep on the sofa as it was more comfortable. Everything else was OK apart from the difficulty of finding my car in the car park as the directionsd were not exactly easy to follow. All in all a very mixed experience. July 11, 2012
