I've booked 5 rooms: 3 standard and 2 junior suite. 1 of the standard rooms was for 1 person but it was exactly the same (maybe more big# of the other 2..thanks for this because it was mine!
Breakfast was very good #a suggestion...more fruits#, rooms was very clean #only some problem with the light during the night and the sunday morning infact I went to reception for an update of the card); service was great. Staff were helpful. Recommend for anyone.
Thanks a lot for the hospitality.

The staff provided impeccable service. The location was perfect for our MSC cruise. The traffic noise was noticeable from the 7th floor but wasn't too bad. The beds were comfortable. I wish I had realized there were some two prong outlets and some three prong outlets before I plugged in the wrong adapter and blew the fuse. Some sort of note would have been nice.

Breakfast is good, room is clean, service is great. Staff are helpful. Recommend for anyone. Although is a little noisy but is bearable for me.

This was a decent hotel stay spoilt by a very noisy room.
In our junior suite we could hear scraping and banging noises from somewhere inside the hotel for most of the night. There was also loud traffic noise made worse by a window that did not seal properly and let in a cold draught.
Needless to say we did not sleep well.

Comfortable hotel a little out of way of centre though opposite ferry terminal.
Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds.

I purchased two nights in advance a non refundable room online. Sixty days before staying at the hotel in Genoa, Italy, I wanted to make changes and stay one night instead of two. Instead of Holiday Inn did not make any changes and gave me a difficult time. I had to go in person to make a deal with the hotel staff. Staff gave me an upgrade to a executive suite with two breakfast buffet vouchers for the price of two nights.

The stay was delightful: room was clean and new, staff friendly and helpful! Definitely an amazing value for money.
The only concern: Dirty windows from the outside all over the hotel. Maybe this is the weather in Genoa that is the problem but hotel should take care of it.
