Not bad been in better and worse mix up on rooms but I think its down to customer services not hotel breakfast poor TV no English on my television but others, in other rooms found them

The room is clean except that the stopper for the bath tub was missing and the staff at the reception promised to bring it to us but it didn't come after our one night's stay. Nonetheless, it is a nice place to stay over and convenient to the nearby old Genoa city.

Great stay. Would definitely book again. Stayed one night prior to a MSC cruise. Loved our junior suite. Very large with a dining table as well as a balcony. Modern, stylish furnishings.

We were given a lovely room on the 7th floor overlookng the port.It was very interesting to watch the ferries coming and going to Corsica ,Sardinia etc.
Staff were very helpful at all times.
The COOP supermarket opposite the hotel was very useful but crossing the road to get to it was not very pleasant. Unfortunately much of the area is spoilt by cars and scooters. Many drivers seem to show little consideration to pedestrians and using mobile phones whilst driving is common.
Tickets for the AMT buses and metro can be bought at the TABAC shop close to the hotel and there are plenty of bars etc to drink a coffee nearby. The nearest Metro is "Dinegro" , a few hundred metres away with a good little market selling fruit ,fish and vegetables.Also a nice bakery there.
A good market at Piazza Palermo on Mondays (Bus 20) in a nice part of the city.
Unfortunately, some parts of the city are spoilt by litter,graffiti and alleyways used as toilets!This is probably true of all major cities these days.
Having said that we enjoyed our stay and found a lot of nice things in Genoa.
