Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel for visiting Genoa We stayed at the Holiday Inn Genoa City for two nights. The room was clean, the hotel was lovely - looked recently renovated and upgraded. The breakfast was included in our rate, which was great, as the breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. The hotel is not near restaurants or town itself, but the subway line was not far or expensive. As we were travelling with our boys, who are young, we had additional beds. This hotel, unusually, has bunk beds. This seemed OK to start, but the top bunk is not sturdy and our oldest moves a lot in his sleep, which meant the youngest had to sleep on the top. We were fine with this, but the second night he did not want to sleep there. The room was spacious enough to place the mattress on the floor, Not an ideal situation. However, the rooms were clean and spacious and up to date. I would recommend this hotel for families. April 22, 2015

As far as I remembered from previous stay when I was upgraded to Executive Room, I was given full minibar benefits as a Platinum member. However, this time round, I was told that minibar cannot be included. Seems a bit inconsistent here, otherwise good value for money! April 20, 2015

Le uniche criticità riscontrate riguardano l'accesso al parcheggio interno, reso estremamente difficoltoso dalla conformazione inadeguata della rampa di accesso e dalla necessità di citofonare più volte per l'apertura dei due cancelli consecutivi, nonché il servizio offerto a colazione, con riferimento ai bicchieri di unica misura e troppo piccoli anche solo per bere con soddisfazione il latte del mattino senza alzarsi più volte ed all'assenza di un contenitore presso il tavolo ove riporre gli avanzi (carta delle confezioni, ecc ...) via via che la colazione viene consumata April 15, 2015
