Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay Arrived at the hotel and was delighted to be given a newly refurbished room, pure luxury!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. My booking was for two nights, dinner bed and breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. I must say I was a bit disappointed with the dinner menu, as it was the same menu for the two nights and if I recall it had not changed from the last time I was there. Could do with a bit more variety. Otherwise my stay was perfect. May 2, 2015

The rooms were comfortable and you can see the work the hotel is putting in to upgrade its look and feel. Perfectly placed for theatres, shops, etc. Breakfast had a sufficient choice to suit all requirements. I would have no hesitation in staying overnight in this hotel on my visits to Glasgow and have booked again for May & June. May 1, 2015

Hotel was very clean in the public areas and the room appeared to have been recently refurbished to a good standard, staff were friendly and helpful and of course the location being in the heart of the city was ideal. I would recommend a stay here to my friends and family and I will definitely visit again. April 30, 2015
