Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and nice and clean. You can stay in the so called better hotels in Glasgow for the same price or slightly cheaper. The hotel is nicely done and very clean with everything you need. I would recommend the hotel to people visiting but I could have stayed at the Grand Central hotel for a slightly cheaper rate and it is a nicer hotel. February 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Room and Good Service Enjoyed our one night stay in Glasgow, Theatreland. Very central with helpful staff. The room was clean and well equipped but fairly small. Breakfast had lots to choose from - hot food was a bit dry though. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel. February 7, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home from home My wife and I are frequent visitors to this Hotel for relaxation and easy access to the Concert Hall, Cinema and Pavillion Theatre. On every visit, the standards are first class matctched by excellent staff throughout the Hotel. The rooms are maintained to implacably high standard and the beds are the most comfortable we have experienced in hotel stays. Matched by the Le Bon Auberge restaurant, we cannot find anything better for our high expectations. We return in March and counting the days already February 6, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Position in Glasgow I travelled on business to Glasgow during the recent Winter festival, Celtic Connections. The hotel was very convenient and in the main, complelely fine. I would make a couple of points though. The Bonne Auberge, the restaurant, is very dark as is the bar area and I would have like feather pillows as standard. I think the people with allergies should be accommodated but not at the expense of the majority of guests. February 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience yet again Couldn't't fault this stay yet again .Was there for Celtic connections experience amazing both hotel and events we went Too. Thanks t o staff they were run off their feet but still were professional and friendly. Meal was tasty at restaurant only little hiccup was members of staff who was at till near our table too close. Right enough they said it wasn't't a very good table when we asked for one. We hadn't't booked. Thanks to all just the same. February 4, 2016
